The location was our primary need as we had family business to attend to while in Forster. And the view in the morning was simply amazing (some 20 odd dolphins having their brekkie was stunning) and a simply walk into the main street. It was a particularly cold weekend but the air-conditioning was up for the task and the rooms were comfy and spacious.

That we didnt / couldnt stay longer - but that was our issue and not one with the venue.

The bed was terrible, very uncomfortable and the lounge needs replacing Shen we both sat in it it sunk in the middle and we are not huge people

Large apartment. Brilliant stay

An extra lift would have been better. Cleaners have to use the same lift as the customer. No good at checkout time.

We loved the unit, particularly the upgrade to the top floor. The views were superb. The unit was spotlessly clean. The staff were courteous and helpful

We found disappointing was the bathrooms. There was no shelf in the shower where you could put shampoos etc. The shower head in the main bathroom could be updated. A handle in the showers could also have been added. The only other thing we were disappointed in and no fault of Sails, but the continual construction noise of nearby sites we found to be unbearable.

Great location with easy to walk to the beach, shops, across to tuncurry. The apartment was spacious, nice views and good value for money overall. The showers were nice and not water savers, it also had a full kitchen.

The bed killed our backs and we needed to put all the spare blankets underneath us. For a nice apartment it was a really cheap bed that moved everytime we rolled over and most of the furniture looked a bit worn. I think its a shame the apartment could use some easy updates to new carpet/paint and the fridge had some rust on the outside. It would be stunning with a bit of moderising.
