Posizione top, staff gentile e disponibile.

Lontano parente di un BW occidentale, è un classico hotel giapponese con camere molto piccole brandizzato BW. Non è la prima volta che lo uso, hanno alzato di molto i prezzi, anche con cambio favorevole è troppo caro per quello che offre e paragonato alla concorrenza.

いつもは気になりませんが、現在宿泊している510号室のユニットバスの排水口が臭います。下水の臭いだと思いますが、次回迄にお掃除された方がいいと感じました。

車イスユーザーと宿泊でしたので、バリアフリールームに宿泊させて頂きました。 シャワーチェアーを希望しておりましたが、低いイス？しか用意されてなく、イス？に移譲できず、シャワーも入浴もできませんでした。 できれば、高さのあるシャワーチェアーがあれば良かったです。

It was close to train stations, and lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby.

Not a major thing, it was a small space. Typical hotel room space in Japan anyway.

赤坂見附、赤坂駅からの良好なアクセス。

ほぼ毎週利用しているが、今回ハウスキーピング後のマグカップがユニットバスに置きっぱなし、ガラスコップが汚いままテーブルに放置してあるなど、珍しくミスが目立っていた。

特に無いのですが、 他の宿泊者は外国の方がほとんどでした。ドアを開けて過ごされている方などいて、少し気を使いました。

赤坂、赤坂見附から近く、ロケーション良く助かっています。

ユニットバスの換気口のホコリが汚く、気持ち悪い。部屋によるかもしれませんが、1/25日現在705号室に居ますが、できれば定期的にクリーニングして欲しいと思います。

Very helpful English speaking staff. Excellent location very close to Akasaka-Mitsuke station with very easy transport via subway to main sightseeing destinations. Breakfast was available at the time we stayed however we did not partake. Lots of restaurants nearby. Our family enjoyed our stay there very much, the beds were comfortable and amenities including laundry room onsite very helpful.

The rooms were compact but efficiently designed, we were able to open our luggage on the desk area. It would have been nice to have a bigger lobby area to sit and meet with the other people in our travelling group.

ロケーションが最高でした。二つの駅まで歩いてすぐなのが良かったです。

狭い部屋なのはわかっていましたが、収納スペースが全くなく、物を置くと椅子にも座れない状況でした。長期滞在には少し厳しいかもしれません。ランドリーも常に使用されていて、なかなか洗濯できませんでした。

房间很大，去地铁站很近。我是跑者，跑去皇居非常方便，跑去新国立体育场也方便。喜欢赤坂！

前台跟我说4:45让我来前台，他帮我打车，但我4:45到了前台却没人。

There’s only 1 elevator. It can be a wait when its busy. The buffet breakfast was pretty average.

I almost broke my knee hitting it against the sink due to the small size. They didn't tell me breakfast was included and what time to arrive. When I went downstairs I was a minute late even though it says until 10am and in parentheses 9:30am. When I tried to explain they laughed at me. They wanted to charge 1500 yen for a one hour late check out. And then when I checked out luckily I handed my key because they asked for a city tax which would have meant a huge fee if I'd left without checking out.

地理位置非常好，离地铁等公共交通很近、楼下就是各种的小餐厅、便利店、药妆店等。房间虽小，但是设施齐全、干净整洁。环境也十分安静，很适合商务出行。

退房向前台索要入住凭证时被拒，理由是订单预付款是支付给booking的，所以要我们向booking索要。这个操作简直太奇葩，后来在booking多次的介入后依然无果。

街中でしたが、静かでした。 ベッドが私には合っていてすぐに眠れました。

La posizione è molto comoda poiché è vicina a due stazioni della metro, Akasaka st. e Akasaka-Mistuke. La struttura è elegante, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. La camera è piccolina ma molto accogliente. Il servizio lavanderia è molto comodo. L’hotel si trova in una zona ricca di locali e ristoranti ottimi.

Per via della barriera linguistica abbiamo avuto delle difficoltà a comunicare con alcuni membri dello staff riguardo allo smarrimento di uno dei nostri bagagli da parte della compagnia aerea. Tuttavia si sono dimostrati abbastanza collaborativi e hanno cercato di risolvere il problema.

This was our first time in Japan and we chose the hotel for it’s location and past reviews. Our room was a shock at first, we hadn’t experienced Japanese hotels before, it was a very small room and when we asked reception if they had a larger room they told us our room was one of their biggest. It had very curious flooring it was plastic look alike carpet. Thank goodness we travel with hand held luggage I honestly don’t know how other people coped with their enormous suitcases. The aircon was not working but that was fixed very promptly. It had an opening window which we liked. Except for late night revellers. The bed and pillows were incredibly hard and the duvet was way too warm for us. We asked for a blanket instead. The bathroom was excellent and the water pressure was fantastic. It was very clean and I liked the fact that they gave us clean towels every day. The breakfast was good with a selection of fresh and cooked options. I just wish the Bain Marie food was warmer, even when we were early for breakfast the food came out tepid. However we still enjoyed it. It’s close to a metro line and easy to navigate for us first time travellers. It seems like a very touristy part of town which we were a little surprised by. The restaurants in the immediate area are pretty average and not what we expected of Tokyo. There is an excellent shine nearby. Hie shrine has lovely red Tori gates for great photos.

Only one lift servicing the entire building so always a long wait to enter it leave the floor.

とても綺麗で過ごしやすかった。 冷蔵庫は強弱の設定ができてよかった。 テーブルが広く使いやすかった。 ベッドひとつにつき枕2つクッション1つが用意してあり好きなものを選んで寝れた。 枕元にUSBポート、コンセントが両方ありよかった。 ミストシャワーが使えた。 英語が話せるスタッフさんがいた。 ホテルの周りに飲食店がありご飯に困らなかった。 コンビニ（FamilyMart）が真横にあり朝イチから買い物に行けたのが良かった。 赤坂見附駅（永田町）、溜池山王駅、赤坂駅に近く交通の便がとても良かった。

男性のスタッフさんにチェックインの手続きをして頂いたが段取りが悪く、隣の海外の方を対応してたお姉さんの5倍は時間がかかっていた。 1階に大きい飲食店（しゃぶしゃぶ屋さん）がありホテルの入口が少し分かりずらい。 エレベーターは2つあるが1つは1階〜ロビーの往復のみなので部屋行きのエレベーターがひとつしかない。 それほど広くないエレベーターなので時間によっては不便かもしれない。 部屋は不便は無いものの大きさは最低限という感じだった。 シャワーは弱め。 周りが繁華街なので駅からホテル女性一人だと少し不安かもしれない。外に出るととても賑やか。 駅からホテルはそう遠く無いものの道が悪くスーツケースを持って歩くのが大変だった。

Aamiainen oli hyvä. Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen, lähellä metroasemaa ja viehättävässä kaupunginosassa.

Huone oli länsimaisten standandien mukaan todella pieni, säilytystilaa vaatteille oli vähän.
