Facilities and rooms are clean. Lots of swimming pools, we love the waterpark. Buffet breakfast is also good.

I just dont like the reservation response. I try to call them many times that my vacation was postponed and i want to move my bookings but nobody responded my email instead they ask me to contact reservation and here i am at work trying to contact reservation but nobody would answer.

Booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds for total of 4 adults and 3 kids, they said only 2 adults and one child per room even if it has 2 queen beds they wanted me to book another room for my other 2 kids.
They did not want to work with me, so ended up loosing my money for the rooms and i had to go somewhere else and find a location that would accommodate us.

Checking in process took nearly 15 to 20 mins which i think is very slow for a resort like this. We were travelling for over and this resort was our last stop before heading home and their checking in process was very slow, they were asking for another payment even if the payment from booking.com was already showing as pending and was asking for a 4000 pesos for a deposit which i think was too much.
Their food sucks! Served cold and tasted that it has been cooked days ago even their donut is very stale.Everything is so expensive and its not worthy. Too far from everything.

The staff are very accommodating and polite. The resort have a lot of perks. The whole facility is nice and cozy. Very relaxing place to stay.

Breakfast is great. There were a lot of people during our stay though. But we only felt the crowd during dinner and breakfast times, other than those time, people are scattered in the wide area, so there is no crowd in the pools and in other activity areas.
Check in took longer than expected. Area to get the towel is only located in the main pool. Some floors, specially in the main building is a slipping hazard.

I like the food, wide variety for bfast buffet compared to other more expensive resorts and serving is also hefty. It's also good that they have different pools to swim on so it doesn't get too crowded.
Checked in late, no toilet papers we had to request, comfort room has broken locks, towels are placed right above the toilet bowl, tv static, no towel card and always no towels available in the pool area, welcome drinks were too basic with glasses that looked like those used in kiddie parties

during our stay maintenance was being performed and caused odor ultimately caused a room relocation. the staff were understanding and accommodating without issues

Check in took an awful 20 minutes and was told to put in a bigger deposit than the usual because they could not see my Booking.com reservation in their system. Breakfast had limited choices, you would have expected Bacon, Sausages, Ham etc. as standards for breakfast but none of it was served. Wifi was really slow.

was supposedly in the pool view but they put us in a close area were there is no view. the reception was horrible they will not give you a heads up about the do's and dont's. they even let us pay in the lost card towel without telling us that it has a penalty. so terrible. been here for how many times but this stay was so frustrating. very expensive buffet price but they only give us a plated food with 3 food choices for breakfast 😪😪😪

Nothing much to like about an hotel closed since December 16th after the typhoon hit Cebu but still accepting booking and even sending automatic email to wish me a warm welcome just a few hours before arriving on 22nd. I just hope my credit card won't be charged!
