El silencio

La habitación amplia, con secador, canales premium (HBO), aire acondicionado y ventilador. La piscina limpia y mayormente sola. La comida de buen sabor.

El restaurante no queda en el hotel. los tiempos se servicio con muy demorados ( pedimos en 2 ocasiones. La primera se demoró 90 minutos y la 2 45 minutos). El ruido de los aviones

Een schitterende omgeving! Geen probleem als je om 23.00 uur aankomt. Erg aardig personeel.

Het personeel spreekt geen Engels.

Il Rancho Edén è meraviglioso! Bella struttura, Suite bella e letto super comodo! La vista è bellissima e tutto è curato e pulito. I cavalli nel giardino e il cane Luca dolcissimo sono un plus! Davvero Ottimo il ristorante dell’hotel cui si arriva o accompagnati direttamente con auto (1 minuto penso, se non si vuole camminare, l’hotel offre questo servizio) o con una passeggiata di qualche minuto su un bellissimo sentiero con le palme! Non abbiamo provato la colazione perché siamo partiti mattina presto! Bella la piscina e personale qualificato attento e disponibile! Ottimo il servizio di navetta gratuita per l’aeroporto El Eden che dista 5 minuti dal Rancho! Consigliatissimo davvero per soggiorno vicino all’aeroporto!

Ci è piaciuto tutto, nessuna nota negativa a nostro avviso.

Foarte frumoasă cu multă verdeață și f bine îngrijită! Personal f amabil și disponibil atat la hotel cât și la restaurant! Mic dejun foarte bun !

This place is really beautiful. It’s also in a great location. It’s tucked away in a quiet location but walking distance from other food and grocery options. It was perfect for our 4 night stay. The grounds themselves were a peaceful place to hang out. Staff was super helpful in making our stay good and helping us make arrangements. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also lovely. Food was fantastic! The animals on property were maybe the best part for us! Luka the dog was great. Not to mention the horses and cat!

There were some miscommunications with the staff about what was a service provided by them at no cost and what was additional. They could really be more upfront on that. For example we told them we were going to do some horse back riding and they said they could give us a ride in the shuttle van, which was super helpful. Come to find at check out that was an additional cost. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. There were a number of little miscommunications like this that at times had me frustrated. I recognize I could have sought clarity too so I’m partially to blame. Also laundry service was available but super expensive as they charged per item washed rather than by load which seemed strange. However none of this detracted from the overall experience, we’d stay again.

Beautiful location and setting. Great room with lovely view. Nice pool and comfortable relax area. Fantastic and friendly staff. Beautifully maintained lawns ( horse mowed).

Wifi in room (couldn't connect). A sign on slip road to indicate hotel would be a help.

Very nice location very close to airport ( few flights in and first I heard was at 7am when I was already awake). My room was part of a 2 room building. Very clean and with an outdoor shower (protected by large leafy plants). Plenty of hot water, comfortable bed, and good functioning AC. Nice pool with great views. Excellent and friendly staff. Room service for 2 ice cold beers = 4 minutes.
