It’s a specious place with 2 kitchens to be able to cook whatever you want considering everything is provided along with it.

The fact that the electricity bill was high considering that we didn’t even stay at the villa that long except for nights.

The location

There are 25 separate issues I have listed .From unhygenic and dirty swimming pool to water pump breaking down for 3 days without fresh water, 30% of lights and TV not working.Making a 35% profit on the cost of electricity is not on.Not enough space to list all my grievances. Actually moved out with 4 days to go and went to Patong instead. Horrible.

The pool and grounds were nice though outside of the villa grounds it is a horrible road and wasteland at the back.

We had no water several times and had to call maintenance. Two of the showers were mouldy but luckily there were 3 others. There is an additional charge for electric and the price is extortionate. We stayed for 3 nights. The first night we arrived at 10pm. The following two days we were out all day, we left at 6am on the third day and we were charged 1,962 bahts for electric (equivalant to £46). We did not leave the air con on during the day when we were out so we were surprised that it was so much for such a short time. My son lived in Phuket until January this year and his monthly electric bill was 2000 bahts. I would not stay here again because the electric charge otherwise I think the villa is ok for a short stay. I would not want to spend more than 4 days there.

LOOK AT THE PHOTOS - AVOID!!! In a nutshell, this ‘villa’ is actually two adjacent properties cheaply converted into one house. To access one side, you have to go up the stairs, through two connecting bathrooms which form a ‘corridor’ and then down the stairs in the other side! The good: The Thai staff set up a WhatsApp group and we’re helpful with taxis and trip reservations. The bad: NO AC in the left hand side of the ‘Villa’ Very expensive electric bill - you pay way over the odds per unit compared to elsewhere. numerous bedrooms don’t have blinds nor curtains dust everywhere! 1 bedroom’s AC unit was taped over completely and didn’t work. Nobody repaired it despite multiple requests. 1 toilet didn’t have a seat - we did contact them and for the entire duration of the stay (1 week) we didn’t have a toilet seat in this bathroom. When you arrive, there is no water in the fridges. This is a simple thing but certainly a nice touch and expected when you pay over 2000 USD for a week. The doors are difficult to lock and you have to go through the entire side of one house to lock the other outside door as it can only be done from the inside. Electric sockets hanging off the wall. No lightbulbs in most of the small lights! 2 taps in different bathrooms were only just connected and were incredibly loose!!!

Very spacious villa with nice garden. Interior a bit dated but functional and clean. We were there with our teenagers and the layout of the house provided them their own space which was very nice. The pool table was just perfect to keep them around. There is an excellent Bakery around the corner. Remote location in tranquil environment. Nai Harn beach is only 4k away.

No complete set of cutlery, glasses and plates, poor cooking utensils. No wine glasses (only plastic). The relaxing chair at the gazebo was still broken (apparently already broken on the picture of booking.com; surprisingly nobody takes action on it) A bit disappointing that the owner/ host seemed very informative and helpful with organising snorkel/ divingtrips during the booking process however never came back on it after my several requests for info. However when I expressed my concerns about seating facilities, the host added extra dining chairs upon arrival.

Such a huge villa with private pool. All needed facility provided. Good idea for group of friends or big family.

Many doors are broken (unable to locked the door especially the restroom on upper floor).
