Wonderful apartment with amazing view.

The apartment has been remodeled and renovated. Its spacious, quiet, and very clean. I was very impressed by the interior design and comfort. The location is near shops and cafes and there is a security person at most of the times, making the place safe.
The elevators were a bit outdated and there was some noise from the ongoing remodeling and renovations of other units in the same floor.

Excellent size, good locations, staff excellent and very swift in responding to requests and crises, good amenities in the apartment
Apartment was quite dusty on the inside. When we used the washing machine, it leaked everywhere as it wasn't plumbed in.

Finishing of the apartment is not high, the quality of apartment and furniture is not luxurious but acceptable
if u r only for the sleep time and location it is a good choice
they need to make people aware of location and access.
need to provide water at least and 2 keys for the guests rather than one
also better alignment with hotel reception staff would be needed so the guest doesn’t feel alienated when asking for additional toiletries or duvet.

good sized room with great night views of the location. The are felt safe too.
There is work going on in the apartments on the same floor so was loud and dusty outside the room.

Nice clean room, good location, few minutes walking from Zamalek main street under the bridge.
Everything was great, the staff was helpful and friendly, it was a good stay.
The pool was located in Um Koulthoum hotel so you have to go all the way down and to the building next door and go to the roof to use the pool, it was clean itself but the area around it was dusty and felt abandoned.
the lights in the bathroom were very dim, you need good strong lights in the bathroom to fix your looks before going out so that was inconvenient.

Spacious, nice host, good view
Difficult to rest during the day due to noise from construction work. Lighting in bathroom could be improved as it was very dark.

The location and the friendliness of the owner
We booked for 3 people and when we arrived the apartment had only one double bed and a couch. The second bed that was in the pics had disappeared. Apparently, bringing the extra bed was not possible, so the owner offered us to move to a 2 bedroom room in a hotel nearby (Om Kolthoom). This room was ok but too dirty and the facilities were old and dirty as well. The price was the same and no compensation was offered.

I liked the location, amenities provided, having an iron and small iron-board. Pots, pans, utensils, dishes, toiletries etc. Netflix was a plus. The view was lovely, could just barely see the Nile.
The apartment looked clean but upon closer inspection it could be better. The beds were falling apart and furniture might need to be updated. The shower didn't drain well and would pool underfoot. The bathroom is dark and camouflaged the dirt. Wish we were notified about where to put our trash.
Informational papers in the apartment would be helpful for future travelers.

good location, clean, friendly staff
we asked them to fix the lights twice, and we tip them twice for it but the problem was not because it wasn’t working, the problem was that they didn’t now how to switch off and on

The Apartment was perfect with a lot of room and very clean. Talked to the host one day and he was really nice and helpful, they communicated really well before we got to the property. The front desk staff were amazing in the apartment builder, very nice and helpful. Hotel staff were also great for the other amenities and help. The place is in an amazing location and great spot to work a little and still be able to travel around Cairo.
We had a clogged drain in our shower but it was hard to get fixed due to us being their over the holidays but the cleaner and the owner tried and got it working a little better over our stay. Overall though not much that we didn't like about this place.

The swimming pool out of order (I took this place because of the pool). The maintenance is poor (tap not fixed, etc). The available equipment are poor : eg no toaster.
