table in the kitchen is quite small

More utensils in the kitchen.. No spatula. Outside space quite nice to sit out but I was waist high in weeds. The property will sleep 5 but there are only two dining chairs.

Lovely hosts that really made me feel welcome. Annex was comfortable and well equipped.

Good location from the city centre and also Cardiff Bay. Great House, very clean.

My only negative would be 1 more comfy chair in the living room, 1 of us had to use a folding chair when watching a movie.

There is a street lamp outside the front bedroom window. A blind to keep out the light might be a good idea. Also couldn’t find a bread knife or untensils to use with the frying pan.

Not as clean as I was expecting - very disappointed given previous reviews. Decor is tired and grubby. Dirty toilet brush, well used washing up sponge, food in dishwasher, oven glove dirty

Location was excellent, walking distance to the town centre as well as Mermaid Quay. Lovely spacious accommodation perfect for a family of four. Check-in was via a lockbox which was very convenient. Overall clean and and comfortable accommodation with everything on your doorstep, thoroughly recommend.

Location between the Bay and the City Parking space Three comfortable bedrooms - ideal for three tires ultra runners. Loads of towels! Well kitted out kitchen.

A little but shabby . Weedy out front (and all the surrounding houses!) Toilet flush variably didn’t work Edge of shower floor had fallen off Broken window in front bedroom. Broken window handle in back room.

The location was perfect and everything that we needed was provided.

The house was clean, beds comfy and everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Garden is tiny but didn’t affect us as the weather was awful plus the purpose of our visit was to catch up with a friend so was out most of the time.

I didn’t dislike the property but mirrors in the bedrooms at eye level i feel is needed. I also feel that not being able to enter the property until 4pm is not really good enough. I’ve also been able to enter the accommodation from 3pm which I feel is more acceptable

A very good location both for Cardiff city centre and the Bay area. The actual area around the property is also lovely with quiet canal-side walks and it is a 'hidden' residential area so was quiet. There is a food shop within 5 minutes walk. It was like a home from home and beds were super comfortable. With free fast wi-fi and off-road parking too. Thoroughly recommend for families or a small group of friend.

House was a nice size, especially the bedrooms. It was very light and had a welcoming feel. Easy to find & parking is a bonus. Nice area, the location was ideal for both the centre and the bay, we easily walked to both. We had a lovely stay & will be back hopefully next year.

If we were being very fussy. House was a little dated & would benefit from new windows & a fresh lick of paint. Mirrors & bins in all bedrooms would be great. Needs lightbulbs replaced as lots not working. We would of liked another comfy chair in the lounge as there were 4 of us. Needs a hook in the key box to hang keys on as took ages and was very fiddly.

This is really a small house rather than an apartment, so perfect for anyone needing to spend some time indoors to work as we did. One of the bedrooms has a desk and the internet was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great.The location is quiet but just a short walk from the city centre and the bay and there is a very well stocked Coop supermarket just a couple of minutes walk away. You can also walk to the central station. Claire was incredibly helpful and very quick to reply when we had a query.

If we had been five, we wouldn’t have all been able to eat at the table in the kitchen.
