Quartier à fuir des bruits de klaxonne 24/24 On ne peut pas sortir de l hôtel sentiment d insécurité +++++ Comme la carte SIM achetée à l aeroport 30€ ne fonctionnait plus j ai demandé de l aide à la réceptionniste elle m a dit pas de problème je vous envoie quelqu un, 5 minutes plus tard un homme tee shirt Vodafone arrive et en fait il me donne même prix qu à l aeroport je suis rassurée, une fois la carte activée… il a voulu que je lui donne encore des dollars pour la carte … je lui ai dit que je n étais pas contente et que c était de l arnaque bizarrement il est reparti aussi vite en faisant « cadeau » des dollars demandés en plus et sinon dans la ville seuls touristes on était harcelés pour acheter

The location was good but VERY busy. It's next to the bus station, so on the one hand transportation is available, but on the other hand, it's too noisy and busy. The room was spacious and had basic necessities. The beds were comfortable

There was no wifi in the rooms. It connects, but without the internet, i worked only in the restaurant. The water was barely luke warm, so don't expect any hot showers. The noise was sometimes too much to bear. Also some of the staff and other people at the hotel were very noisy and didn't care about the comfort of others. The food at the hotel restaurant wasn't good (we had dinner) so I'd recommend getting food somewhere else.

beds aren’t comfortable, they need to change their mattresses, breakfast should be improved, everything were cold, internet connection is bad you can’t work from here (Wifi is sucks all the time) TV isn’t working, no shampoo in the bathroom if you book double room be sure to bring your toothbrush because they only provide one, be sure to buy a bottle of water since they don’t provide in the room, for the double room they only provide one pair of sleepers be sure to bring yours also towel only one is provided, no hand towels and faces towels, no side-bed light you can’t read your book. Be prepared because you’ll be using tap water for teeth brushing.

Great value hotel in the city centre, next to the bus station. Excellent shower. Recommend Khan's BBQ and the Stage pub nearby for food/drink.

It's a little noisy, but that didn't bother us much. Nothing to complain about for the price point.

The stuff is very kind and helpful, we felt like home with them. Moses, the manger of the hotel is always available for any problem. The reception personal are kind and friendly.

Breakfasts were very good and service was always friendly. The hotel is an amazing value and quite safe, clean and friendly for Americans. The neighborhood was fascinating, full of street markets and local people using all kinds of transit. Outside the hotel, many people spoke only Swahili, but we always felt safe. Lots of school children would wave and say "hello" to show that they were learning some English at school.

We're from a rural area, and at times found the constant hustle and bustle around the hotel a bit too noisy.

The staff is truly very hospitable and forthcoming. Rooms and facilities are generally clean and comfortable. Shower is nice and hot.

There was a noise issue, not because of the surroundings, but because of a guest or staff who decided to make a phone call in the corridor talking at the top of his lungs from 8pm to 11:45pm.... Then when I finally managed to somewhat fall asleep, he put on the radio, listening to what seemed to be a comedy show, laughing at the top of his lungs at 1am. At around 5:30am, the nearby mosque calls for prayers made it difficult to sleep past that time. All in all, ok for one night! But not longer than that....Food is decent, but may be lower the expectations a little bit with respect to some of the raving reviews....Rooms are generally clean, but I did see a few tiny cockroaches, so take care when you open your suitcase, as they are quick to sneak in luggage! All in all, there is no miracle, you get what you pay for, but the staff surely is exceptionally nice!

the property was super clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The property is on an incredibly busy road- we found it difficult to walk even two stores down without being approached to purchase something or take a taxi. it was also loud when the mosque did prayers- one night it went on for hours in the middle of the night. The breakfast was good and had a lot of choice.

Everything was just so fine. All staff, especially the GM and Jacqueline and the restaurant guy was amazing and very helpful. Room was spotless with hot water shower and good air-conditioning, food extremely delicious. Room service was exceptional.
