We had an absolute amazing holiday at beautiful lake Como, staying in this apartment. It was perfect by all standards- clean, cosy, spacious. Comfortable beds, large and beautiful bathroom, well-equipped kitchen. There is a kid’s bed in one of the bedrooms and even some toys. There is a large dinner table inside and comfortable sofas. But what we appreciated most of all was a terrace with the view so incredible that it was hard to imagine! We didn’t even want to go to restaurants - having breakfast and dinner at this terrace was 100 times better than any restaurant experience. Sylvia is a wonderful host, she works hard to keep this property perfect and she makes all the efforts to make your stay unforgettable. Thank you, Sylvia, it was indeed unforgettable!

the only thing- the last part of the road is tricky and parking with a larger car is a bit of a problem. It was solved by our wonderful host but next time I would come in a small car.

GREAT ATTENTION ! Last 300 meters before to arrive to the apartment you must drive the car up to the hill on a very narrow road with very high inclination and very tight coils. Host have a list of strict rules post on the wall. 1. Until 15 October there is only one source to heat the apartment and that is AC unit locate in living room. Not so nice when outside temperature drop to 12 C degrees 2. About using lighting in the apartment, no more 2 lit bulbs at the same time. 3. Tourist must take their household garbage when they book out. First time when it happens in my experience as a tourist. So when we book the apartment we don't see nothing about heating, lighting, and garbage strict rules.

We stayed at the apartment in the very beginning of the October. The apartment was very cozy and clean. The view from it – spectacular. The apartment was nicely furnished, the kitchenette was well equipped, there were some basic ingredients for cooking - some salt and spices, olive oil, also tea and coffee. Communication with our host Silvia was very easy.

There was a dog living close to the apartment. Even if we didn't see him, he was quite laud. It didn't disturb us as windows were closed, but it might be annoying in a summer time when windows are open. We assume the dog was kept permanently tied up somewhere there… Hope we are mistaken.
