The location is very central. Beautiful view and the kitchen was fully equiped for familydinners. Our host Zoraida was very helpful with planning our daily tours and tranfers.

I celebrated my bday and it was very hard for my friends back home to reach any staff due to lack of contactnumbers on booking. So unfortunately the surprise they had planned didn't happen.

The condo is very beautiful and spacious. Nicely decorated and located closely to avenida quinta. The view from the balcony and master bedroom is reason to stay in most of the time as the beach is just steps away from the unit.

Two big reasons that made the stay rate as fair and this is no fault of the actual condo itself but there is a restaurant/bar right below the condo and there is seaweed right on the beach. Unless you are staying out late each night and coming back after 1:00, the noise from the restaurant/bar should not be a big deal as the music winds down after that hour. If you turn in early, good luck doing that as there is either a live band or DJ that keeps the music playing until 1:00am. As for the seaweed, there is a very strong odor, like sulfur, that comes from the seaweed and it's bad. it is so strong that you are unable to take the strong odor after several minutes. Downside with seaweed, the strong odor and it's 10 feet or more on the beach so no swim time.

We loved the location and especially the balcony. Very close to 5th Ave and right on the beach.

The location, the layout and all the amenities were perfect.

The noise of the bar downstairs and getting in the card was a little challenge in New years eve.

This apartment has a lot of great features: -Sea-front, beautiful view of the sunrise -Huge apartment and huge terrace, and it even includes a small pool/jacuzzi -Very functional and comfortable, featuring all the cooking essentials and washer/drier -Purified water available which was great -Elevator to get to the apartment -The bar downstairs offers affordable and good food with live music every day

The one and only HUGE inconvenient is the noise. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and the music from the bar downstairs is extremely loud and the bar closes at 2am. One bedroom is close to the door and is ok to sleep, but in the master bedroom close to the terrace; you cannot sleep before 2am. You need to be OK with this before booking. For us we were 2 adults only so we went to sleep in the “quieter” room, but when you are 4 you need to be conscious that half of the party may not have a good sleep.

I likes everything except one thing.

There is a restaurant right below the apartment, it had live music every night and it was very loud. Bothered us to go to sleep. For the party people it would be okay, but for us who go to sleep early was very uncomfortable
