The rooftop pool was amazing! The apartment was clean and beautiful. The hallways and entryways and elevators were always clean and smelled amazing. I very much appreciated how secure the building is. Will definitely be back!!

Door codes made it very convenient for the whole family to enter/exit. No keys/cards to lose.

Finding car lockbox, and then finding code for returning responder. Needed to call after trying to chat within app, and going through all of the emails.

Good location near ASU (sending son college) Clean and comfortable Loved the gym (well equipped with free weights, smith machine, pulley etc)

Minor points - shower water pressure is low - parking on 7th floor (going in circles 6x just to get in/out) - no frying pan to use stove (thankfully there’s microwave for frozen meals)

Nice location, modern property, clean, appliances all new, well maintained, washer dryer was a plus. Large bathroom, clean and well maintained for the most part. Stay was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again at a Sonder.

the location and the room was amazing the system of entering the rooms and the building with a code was very good so that our whole family did not need to have a key but knew the code. That was perfect.

1. the instructions specifically as to how to get there, there were no signs as to SONDER but were in the "Stewart" Apartments 2. In getting our parking access, we were instructed to go to the lock box however the biggest detail was that there was a PLASTIC STRIP that we needed to look for in the locker and place that on our dash. We would look in the locker and there was no device to indicate like a "garage door opener" We didnt arrive until 1130pm and we were tired and unable to get our vehicle into the garage and the surrounding neighborhood at night was sketchy

Comfort

The instructions for checkin did not include the box number to retrieve the parking tag. A visual for what the tag looks like should be included in the email sent. The parking tag was in the box but it was not plastic it was paper.

False advertising of the 1 bedroom suite w/ balcony. The pictures show 5 photos of a nice room that has a nice couch, living room, and bed. When you get there it's a studio with a bed right in front of the entrance a wall that blocks the kitchen and living area that has two uncomfortable chairs, a broken table, and a TV. I like to call it bait & switch for the price you pay. The customer service was horrible. You ask to speak to a manager but there's none to be found. The person at the service desk was useless. You get a third company customer service person that tells you that you can't get your refund back because I didn't cancel 3 days prior to walking into a bait & switch room that puts you on hold for an hour. We ended up walking out that same day since it was not a pleasant experience. Also, read other reviews from Yelp, don't just read reviews from booking. I wished that I would have done more research on this place, prior to having my trip ruined after flying from Tampa to This place to only feel helpless in a bait & switch awful situation! NEVER AGAIN! I did find better places for less money after I walked out of that place. I don't know how they stay in business.

the checkin process found me hostage in the building when the key fob that allowed access to building and elevator didn’t work. Took far too long to resolve. The key fobs, codes and transponders is just way too much of a hassle and downright dangerous if not working. hubs got trapped in the elevator.
