The place is accomodative and open for the kids to go around
The staff was not understanding and considerate.

Ability to use the washing machine was just the only bonus as it was fully functioning. A dryer washer will be an advantage for work or family travel.
The rooms had too much humid and very tiny. Bedding needs to be improved as my second pillow smelt, with a dull colour made it impossible to see if clean or not. Beds had noises due to plastic covering. Water was cold we only noted on second day that we had to switch geyser on to get hot water. Sanitation and sprays not available in the bath.

No breakfast...no coffee no tea
No air conditioner...mosquitoes were swarming us...less ventilation....bedding in all rooms were not cleaned at all...sheets and pillows smelling terrible.

It had a balcony and was spacious
The hosting, the place smelled really bad, the beddings were old and smelled bad. There were cockroaches and it was not a good neighborhood. They said that they went through extensive renovating the cupboards in the kitchen were old and not closing. Upon arrival the place was not cleaned properly and was dusty.

Disgusting due to roaming cockroaches in all the rooms! WiFi router is in pieces. One towel and four adults booked! No Soap! Brocken sliding door! Smart TV with WiFi in public areas, what’s the point! Asked for assistance but owner just ignored my plea!!!!
I asked for a refund but Booking.com tried calling the owner to approve it but she even ignored them! No respect to clients!!! Disgusting service!!!! We also got chemicals stored in our living space!! Why?? Dirty toilet on arrival!!!

It smelled of rotting meat, wet mop and cloths, bedding was dirty, we were out of electricity until we were given R50 electric voucher , no cultury. Bath room was dirty

The owners are very disorganized but still insist on a huge deposit for what reason exactly I'm not sure.

Nothing, the neighbors were very loud, the host was no where to be found, the place was dirty, in short the stay was horrible.
Everything, our last day we didn't even have water. We came back sick from that place. The windows didn't close, they never even once came to change our linen.

I wasn't satisfied about anything except the price.
Place had too many rules and was not clean nor smell fresh, it was stuffy an the bedding itself wasn't clean. The rooms were full of dust. The place smelt like it hadn't been used in months. There wasn't even a dish washer or fresh towels
