Super clean, well equipped and great air con. A beautiful location and very quiet.

We liked the location and the outlook from the apartment was pretty with plenty of birds and even a deer. The area around the property is scenic and there are plenty of places to visit within easy reach.

We were surprised and disappointed to find that the accommodation is a studio with everything in one room with a small, separate shower room. We also had to go upstairs as the studio is above a double garage - this may be difficult for some guests. Really the accommodation is just a space above the garage; the roof is sloping which we found difficult, particularly in the shower room, as we are both quite tall. The towels available were rigid and scratchy, also very thin. We were put off by the rather officious notes taped on furniture etc giving various instructions about what not to do. It made us feel a little unwelcome. The toaster, for example, was in a drawer, so we felt as if it was preferred that we didn't use it. The bed is quite hard and quite old, likewise the sofa all of which we felt smelt rather stale.

The photos don't do the apartment justice. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had everything to make our 3 night break comfortable. It was such a practical space which made for easy living. The setting of the barn is beautiful and the local pub is less than a 10 minute walk away. We were visiting relatives on the Broads so Stokesby was a perfect location for us. We would have no hesitation in recommending Dragonfly Barn Apartment.

Beautiful location Apartment is superb. Clean. Modern. Comfortable. Peaceful. Nature all around. Close to The Broads and coast. 20 mins by car to Norwich Centre. Loved everything about it. Lovely welcome from Judy the owner. Plenty of room to park a car right outside.

Very clean and well appointed accommodation. Tea, coffee, milk ,sugar etc in apartment on arrival as were all crockery, pans, eating, drinking and cooking utensils.Welcome pack with all local information.Judy very friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The barn is top class with all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. Judy is a lovely host and was very welcoming. If you want peace and quiet this is the place to come to. Cannot recommend enough. Thankyou Judy.

This rural location is totally peaceful, looking out over fields without a dwelling in sight! It was ideally close to both Yarmouth and the Norfolk broads, plus other attractions which were all listed comprehensively in the information folder provided. Our hosts were very helpful without being intrusive, and every endeavour was made to maximise the comfort of our stay We would definitely recommend this accommodation for anyone looking to de-stress and reinvigorate Decorated with a pallet of soothing greens/neutrals it was spotlessly clean throughout. Also, the bed is the comfiest ever ☺
