The landlady is a gem. Very contactable, fast replies. Nice people come to this hostel, mixture of workers and travellers. Gas stove tops, good hot water, 3 fridges, outdoor seating, comfy beds and blankets.

The bathrooms and shower weren't great. They were quite small and some were broken but there was good hot water. No wifi.

Its a house where nothing is done in the last 50 years and just some junk as furniture. Most of the people there just stay there because they found nothing else. There was only one fork for everyone. I can't recommend to stay there.

It's a one level house with different rooms, it's an old house that has it's charme and is very homey. Lovely outside area in the back to hang out and meet people.

Unfortunately no toilet paper and very limited cutlery.

We met some really nice people whom we would immediately travel with again. Also the owner would charged considerably less if you paid her cash.

The whole place was really dirty, the bed linen smelled like they hadn't been washed after the last use. The owner changed her definition of the hostel how it fit her. When someone complained about the cleanliness she would say "it's not a hostel, it's a home", but when one of the guests had a friend over to cook lunch she demanded they pay double the nightly price to stay because they also used the utilities.

Everything :) just a home like place not a usual hostel. I have been backpacking along the East Coast last year and this is actually the best pick :) lovely owner Emilia actually take care about this place. Checking the guests so there is no problems or any dramas :) Lot of Europeans which makes this place like a big family. I enjoyed every single day here. Don't be afraid and give it a crack :) staying here is worth every single cent :) thank you Emilia for such a lovely stay.

So many people in reviews complaint about size of the bathroom. I had no problem with that even though I am almost 2 metres tall guy. Plus the shower is clean and has alot of hot water.
