The front desk staff (Nicoli) were SO kind! Rooms were quiet, clean and so comfortable. Close to restaurants and interstate so easy to get places around the area. Breakfast is very nice! Would definitely stay again.

All staff was excellent! So kind and accommodating. Very hard to find such great customer service. They went above and beyond. The king bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good. 2 suggestions would be better water pressure in shower and mattress protector kept coming off - maybe get full plastic mattress protectors.

Loved the beds, and staff. Breakfast was great. Bathroom was almost perfect except the tub didn’t drain. Indoor pool was small, but adequate. Overall a good place, for an overnight stay

Great hospitality! Your overnight gal who checked us in late made us feel at home and very welcomed, especially after a long day of traveling. We feel bad for forgetting her name, but it was on 8/9/24 if that helps. She really represents the Marriott brand value of putting people first!

CLOSE TO CANTABURY DOWNS, WOULDN'T WALK IT UNLESS A NICE DAY, SAYS ABOUT 37 MINUTE WALK TO THE ENTRANCE, BUT DRIVING IS ABOUT 5 MINUTES

Look out for “Ghost” charges on your tab and if you notice discrepancies do not leave the property without getting your money back, it happen to me and even after many phone calls I never got my money back I had to call my credit card company to get the money credited to my account, I try 4 times to talk to the manager and like a weasel he would always hide, what a coward. The manager on duty Stephanie as well as the front desk Lulu promise me the refund that never happen 3 times, this is not a fake this hotel is probably running a big scheme just charging peoples rooms hoping that no one would contest the charges. Here is my number if the hotel or any higher on the corporation wants to hear me because what this hotel is doing is nothing else but stealing

Reserved 2 rooms. 1 of the rooms the door key box was in pieces and the door lock jammed and would not close. Im not sure why that room was even allowed to be reserved. Front desk lady was rude about it like it was our problem. Breakfast was pretty good and the rooms were clean.

The room and the hallway was hot. I couldn’t get a good nights sleep. I stayed in RM# 324… the AC unit wasn’t controlled by thermostat… I requested a room change but before I moved to a new room, Sunday night, I was able to rerun the AC unit from the unit but it was not cutting out … too noisy. Monday morning breakfast was … the worst experience… no enough variety of food.

We came down for a concert. Check in was quick and easy, but we were running late so we didnt actually get into the room until 2 am. Gois nights sleep in a nice clean room.
My only complaint is that around 10 am my wife was getting ready in the bathroom, and i had just got out of the shower and was sitting on the bed. There was a light tap on the door, and the door opened. The housekeeper did not announce himself and juat decided to come in. My wife had a few words for him as i was scrambling to get dressed.

Overall, the hotel is pretty nice. unfortunately, the water pressure is almost non-existant and the beds are pretty bad. I have thick hair, so it took about 20 mins under the drizzle water flow to get shampoo out. Cant stay here again for that reason.

The room was very clean & the bed was extremely comfortable however the walls were a little thin so you can hear cars on the interstate & people that are coming in & out of their room. Overall I did enjoy my stay & I would book this hotel again .

Parking lot can only get in and out same entrance. It would be better to have another entrance or exit. The paking lot was full

TV didnt work in the room so we got moved. Then there was a lack of communication that led to an issue the next day. Not bad overall.
