Мы заселились вечером, уехали ужинать Вернулись в отель к полуночи Уже собирались спать, как вдруг на меня из-под моей подушки по кровати выходит КЛОП Мы изрядно охренели, быстро собрали свои вещи, клопа в салфетку, пошли на ресепшен, менять клопа на возврат денег Опустим тот факт, что персонал не выглядел удивленным Важнее, что менеджер, глядя на клопа, зная, что в номере мы были в сумме час, хотел удержать с нас 25000 тг, потому что НОМЕР БЫЛ В ПОЛЬЗОВАНИИ С 7 ВЕЧЕРА Минут 10 препирались на тему того, что вместе с нами НОМЕРОМ ПОЛЬЗОВАЛСЯ ЕЩЁ И КЛОП, берите деньги с него В итоге полный возврат сделали только, когда мы уже впрямую напомнили про санитарные нормы P.S.: пока собирали клопа, нашли ещё чужие волосы под подушкой

В номере грязно, принадлежности гигиенических не было, телевизор в нерабочее состоянии

1. Spacious Room 2. Good parking 3. Awesome Room service. Had dinner 3 out of 5 nights. 4. One day I had breakfast, It was beyond expectations.

1. Run by bunch of armatures. 2. No toilet papers on day one. No tissue box. No towels on day 2, No robe any day. 3. I did not know I had booked breakfast for one. Luckly my wife does not have breakfast. But she could not sit with me in the breakfast room. Second day, I had an early trip planned, they would not allow me to take a toast on the road. What - low lifers - Totally disgusted. 4. Would not let me checkout the night before. I needed to, because I was leaving for airport at 3:00am. 5. Bathrooms needs to be cleaned up. 6. etc...

Good location. Good good.

Had some issues with towels and bedding stuff. First day they were very old and with bug holes on them. But hotel stuff responded immediately and changed everything.

Easy access to the city

The hotel is old, and some of the facilities were not working properly. The pillows are not comfortable enough.

Interior of the Hotel was a bit old, breakfast was nice but could be better (more bread selection, eggs could have been a bit better...)

Cold people, they asked for extra charges for nothing, room was without city view, room was so cold. booking.com gave no support

Reasonable rate but nothing to write home about.

A little run down and overdue for refurbishment. Basics like linen and bath towel replacement however should not require a major refurbishment to complete.

rooms are big and clean, AC is a bit loud, but ok. breakfasts are pretty good as well as room service. staff is friendly.

location is a bit tricky - there is a long driveway to the hotel through the closed territory and not all taxi drivers are aware of this. so some are waiting for you near the road and it is not convenient to go there with all the luggage. there are no bellboys, so no-one will be able to help you with the stuff. (we had lots of printing materials for our events and managed to take them to the rooms by ourselves 🤷‍♀️)
