House was very well kept and had everything we needed. Personalized note upon arrival was such a welcoming and sweet touch to our stay. We only stayed one night (bridesmaid house before wedding) and everything was perfect!!

This house was perfect for a girls getaway! It was close to everything we wanted to see. The owners thought of everything and the house was amazing.

This was the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in! Imaculate! The decor made us feel like we were staring with family. We had everything we needed from the grill to extra linens. I absolutely loved the note with my name on it! Plus there was donuts, juice and snacks for us. Magnificent!!

This was such a relaxing place to stay with special touches to welcome us. If you like to have some space, & yet be close to access everything, then this is a perfect spot for you! We enjoyed coming back to the house after our busy days of exploring to relax outside in the quiet countryside.

This was the best VRBO that we have ever stayed at. Everything we needed was provided and the property was quiet and serene away from any traffic. Only 30 min to the Alamo and centrally located for all sights that we wanted to see. I wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return in the future.

We met family for the weekend! They had 2 priorities - a concert at Whitewater Amphitheater and a day at Sea World so this location was perfect. The hosts reached out to get details about our family and our trip and made sure we had a pack-n-play for our daughter to sleep in. They even left snacks out for us! The Goldfish and juices were definitely a hit with the kids! The home felt like home. It was very welcoming - easy to find what we needed and comfortable! It was cloudy most of the nights, but it's a great spot to see the stars!

We had a lovely time at Kenneth's property and it was beautiful! We were only there for a night, but will have to come back as the porch was beautiful to experience in the morning.

We were very impressed by this rental. Very clean, great communication, kitchen and bathrooms had all the necessary amenities and house and property were very spacious.

Everything was perfect! Owners added a special touch for our family upon checking in, which was a sweet surprise! House is exactly as described and well appointed. When not at a softball game we really enjoyed sitting on the back patio and relaxing to the quiet the hill country has to offer! Highly recommend this property!

The small neighborhood is nice and quiet. We felt welcomed and cozy in this house. It had everything we needed to have a great overnight stay.

We loved the cozy house, outdoor porch and patio areas and flowers popping up in the lawn! It was perfect shared space with our son, wife and daughter. The bedrooms are spacious, kitchen well appointed, living room is comfy. Plenty of room for our small dog and a two year old to run in the quiet yard and walks in the neighborhood. Perfect location between San Antonio and New Braunfels… and the Cavern 5 minutes away. The host was very responsive and made us feel right at home. We really enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I enjoyed this lovely, light-filled house. It was the perfect place to veg out.... very quiet, nice views, comfortable furniture and beds....all good. We stayed for two-weeks, which is usually about as long as we want to be away from home, but this place was such a welcoming oasis that we could have stayed even longer. The house is very well equipped, nicely decorated, and easy to settle right into. The hosts, who live next door, communicated well and also respected our privacy. There is nothing bad to say!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was very clean, spacious and the perfect home base for our Texas adventures. I would absolutely recommend staying there and look forward to our next visit.

We were just coming through on our way to South Texas with a pickup full of stuff, didn’t want to have to offload everything. This place is close to I35, very secure and we appreciate them not hammering folks on the cleanup fee. That makes us affordable for a one night stay. This will be our go to overnight spot in that area!

I loved everything about my stay. From the beautiful home to the beautiful trees outside. My Christmas vacation was a short weekend but I wish it would have been longer. Because I certainly had a relaxing time. And my family enjoyed it very much too.

The home was a pleasant get away for me, husband and our dog. We love Christmas and the house had Christmas Tree and other decorations throughout the home. Had everything we needed and more. A short drive to San Antonio and other places we had on our list to do. Clean and comfortable stay. We will definitely stay when in the area again. The owners were helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

Very clean, beautifully decorated and well-oufitted. But still close enough to civilization to enjoy entertainment and restaurants. Very gald they allowed our two dogs!

Me and my friends stayed for the first day of Wurstfest and this home was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, was clean, and I also really enjoyed coming back to a quiet spot after a loud evening. The hosts were very good in commutating before hand and staging a very hospitable home. Would stay again!

Very peaceful environment. Wasnt hard to find. The back porch is my absolute moat favorite thing. Especially with the little water fountain back there. I will be booking this location again soon around the holidays.

The entire family, including the dogs, so enjoyed our stay at the Archer's property. Easy to find and close to shopping but feels like you are out in the country. Quiet and peaceful. Extremely comfortable and clean. Spacious in every way. Decorated for the season, the house truly felt like home. While we were there for a wedding in Gruene, I can definitely see booking this property for a vacation getaway. I highly recommend this property!
