The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room carpet needed cleaning or vacuum.

Close to Sea World, pet friendly, the family suite had a large separate room, and comfortable king size bed.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable for the kids, springs were poking out and the sofa cushions could use a cleaning.

Booking.com was misleading with the room. Room was not clean, mattress was terribly uncomfortable, caused me back pain

Cleanliness of room, old location

The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of options both cold and warm. The location was very close to Sea World. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Nothing

The bed was horrible. Old and uncomfortable. Couldn’t sleep during the stay. We left and room wasn’t cleaned. Sheets weren’t changed, we only had 2 towels, room was not vacuumed, restroom was not cleaned or mopped. Basically just towels were left and beds semi done. We had to take out the trash.

Staff was super friendly and the pool was nice and clean.

Our room and my sister in law's room were very dirty. There was blood on the door, stains on the linens and comforter, and hair in the bathtub. There looked like fecal matter smeared on the inside of the elevator door. Our room had tons of fleas! I realize it's a pet friendly hotel but fleas were jumping all over us.

The room and hotel was very clean.

I was surprised that the room did not have an iron, hair dryer and phone. The pillows need to be change they are very old. We did not eat breakfast there.
