No housekeeping ready ... you need to inform the front disk to be on the list for housekeeping.

Location and breakfast.

The water was turned off for two hours in the morning with no warning. When my daughter in law got hot water for tea there was mold in her cup from the. Container. She told the staff but no one seemed to care. She also asked to be contacted and she has not been. The person behind the desk just pointed to the sign that said “excuse our dust” with no apologies for anything. Maybe they should be closed during reconstruction.

Breakfast is the best, if one of my favorites, their Texas shape waffles, one of a kind.

This is the second time I stay in this hotel; the first time was great I loved it; this is the reason why I decided to stay here. But this second time around, the jacuzzi was not working, my room was not cleaned until the third day, and I had to ask a staff if they could provide clean towels and toilet paper.

The front desk was completely rude and made me feel bad for even staying there. I got a suite paid way. Too much money for it to smell like mildew and it was dirty. I arrived late so I over slept on sat morning I missed my plane. When I went down the next morning at 1130 mind u the lady said if the reservation didn't come thru in 2 min I would have to leave.. then remarked on my last name. The place was dirty everywhere and we felt completely unwelcomed then was rushed out the next morning after spending quite a bit of money on a room that smelled awful. I wouldn't have written a bad review but the request keeps popping up in my email. Ill bet it won't again 🙁

I liked my room and my bed, however, the fan in the bathroom is really noisy. I did not eat breakfast, because I left at 3 a.m. in the morning. The staff was able to answer all questions during check-in.

I felt that the fan in the bathroom was very noisy. Especially when I am showering at 2 a.m. and trying not to wake anyone in the next room.

Was definitely a nice hotel and the pool was great there wasn’t a lot of people when we went and everyone is just doing there own thing

The shuttle to the airport does not start until 6:00 AM which is NOT stated. I could have stayed elsewhere for the same price and saved the additional cost of a cab. Front desk staff were unfriendly to say the very least - all the interactions I had with them felt like I was interrupting something far more important - like chatting to their co-worker. The bathroom very badly needs updating.

The overall stay was exceptional: breakfast, kindness of staff, cleanliness, and location.

bed was very uncomfortable, room was hot ac did not keep it cool even set at 60. Rest room wasn’t as clean as it could be and ac unit was full of dirt and crumbs.
