For our 3 night stay in Keswick - we wanted included car parking, wi-fi and easy walking distance into Keswick. All of our needs were met and we enjoyed our stay. Just a few comments; when we arrived we had to phone to ask about car parking as it is behind the hotel and you gain access using the entrance to another hotel (can't remember the name). Once we knew that - was all fine. Wi-fi was a bit patchy but think that is generally the case in the Lake District so not a problem, just be aware. Breakfast is in the hotel next door and is good. EDIT - I am not going to allow the snarky Property Response to go unchallenged - I rang about car parking at 1324 so to say I tried to 'muscle in at 1100' is an outright lie.

Clean new carpet and furniture. Wonderful breakfast at the Crow Hotel next door. Very nice staff specially Jason who was very kind and resourceful and Paul at the restaurant who was very helpful and welcoming.

No mirror or coat rack in the room. Room needs a small coffee table.

Great location , close to the centre of town but on a quiet road with good views of the hills. Friendly and accommodating staff. Private off street parking

The sink in the bathroom is very small.

Breakfast was at the Crow Park Hotel and it was excellent. The staff there were very helpful. It was great to have car parking available. Location was central and excellent for our needs. The room was quiet and the bed comfy.

It would have been useful to have had some coat hooks on the back of room and bathroom doors to hang up coats and other things. Nowhere to hang stuff up if it got wet. The shower drain needed fixing and a thorough clean out.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was great, the room was lovely and clean with a fab view of the hills. I can't fault ot at all.

Nice staff, comfortable accommodation (everything was brand new), great location and a fantastic view from our bedroom. And a special mention for the excellent breakfast.

No WiFi, but we could use the WiFi next door in the CrowPark Hotel if needed. This was were we went for our breakfast and has the same owners. But this isn't a priority for me when choosing a hotel and wouldn't put me off this excellent hotel.

Location and breakfast excellent. Crow Park were fabulous in honouring our booking. The staff are first rate. We had a great week. Thank you very much Crow Park. See next box for further explanation!

Room was a little small and no hooks for coats, towels etc. I need to state here that we were in Crow Park hotel who had honoured our booking with Brundleholme. I didn't like not being told by Brundleholme or Booking.com that the hotel had been sold until after I had paid. Not what we expect from Booking.com as we could have been left without an hotel a week before going!

the breakfast was ok a reasonable choice, the location was good our room was on the top floor not good for us to many stairs the room needed a new single wardrobe and a double bed, the bathroom sink cabinet needed attention door sticking and not clean down the right hand side.

the sah window was difficult to open and the furniture looked tired.

Having to order breakfast the night before. Having said that I think it allowed the breakfast to be ready more quickly than ordering it on the day.

Absolutely lovely couple who have this B n B. Breakfast is delicious with a variety of choice. Very clean and has beautiful views. Our second time here and hopefully won't be our last.
