Booking this house has been nothing but perfect , the owner & staff are very very friendly , they have listened to all our needs and made sure everything was perfect , the owner even suggested alot of amazing places nearby to visit and was very friendly & helpful and put our comfort first. The house is very spacious and very clean exactly like pictures, the nice cozy vibes of the house with the amazing balcony view makes you wanna stay there forever and the kitchen was well equipped to serve the needs.. Its a perfect gateway with family or friends. The check in & check out was smooth very smooth. I would rate this 7 stars. Thank you and hope you always stay on the same level of quality. Definitely worth the money.

Location, housecondition all good~

the cleaner do not clean the kitchen cabinet, it's full of mee maggie powders smell.

The fan in one of the bedroom was noisy. But the owner was quick to respond and fix the problem. Kuddos to the owner :)

Parking lot not nearby to the entrance

The property is near to the Tanah Rata main street, so walking to the town centre is ok. The appartment in general is clean and cozy. We got the industrial vibe unit, which was pleasant and alright with our expectation. The living room is quite spacious and can easily fit a family of 4. The outside balcony has fake grass bedding which was nice, especially for morning or afternoon tea. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bar+table combination gives a lot of space. The rooms are spacious and the bed is sturdy and comfy.

There isn't heating in the apartment, other than the heated shower (which should be turned on 20 mins prior). During the nights it can get rather cold, so you'd have to dress up if you want to stay in the living room. The water filter at the kitchen sink is rather slow.

Internet connection was bad Cleanliness of some aspects at the unit was poor - stains found at bathroom organizer / shelf; lots of dusts accumulated below dressing table; kitchen table cloth was oily; dishwasher detergent provided was dirty and smelly
