Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage in der Altstadt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Nur zum Strand empfiehlt sich die Straßenbahn. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das zusätzlich zu zahlende Frühstück hat mit 10 Euro p.P. einen fairen Preis.

Het hotel is perfekt gelegen. Vlak bij het historische centrum van de stad zodat je alles te voet kan bezoeken. De kamers zijn ruim en confortabel, met goede bedden Het personeel is erg vriendelijk.

Ofschoon de badkamer en de douche op zich wel in orde waren, is er op dit punt verbetering mogelijk. Het rekje in de douche is immers geroest en zou beter vervangen of weggehaald worden. Het ophangsysteem van de douchekop heeft scherpe randen en laat bovendien niet toe om de douchekop goed op te hangen. De ventilatie van de badkamer kan beter.

Location is just perfect. Hotel is quite small and private. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. I would recommend to everyone.

Host was great, friendly and hospitable. Location was brilliant and soundproofing great, inspite of being located in a happening place in city centre. Room layout nice, well recored, upholstered and with coffee maker. While the lift was inoperable on day-1 perhaps due to maintenance issue on Sunday, the host was kind enough to help with my partners suitcase. The same was fixed the day we were departing, that was on Monday.

All was good.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön & die Bettwäsche war sauber und Geruchsneutral. Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr gutes preis Leistungs Verhältnis.

Die Dusche ist vor allem bei warmen Wasser etwas schwach.

Fijne verblijf voor een 3 sterren hotel voor 2 dagen. Kamer en badkamer waren schoon. Personeel (receptionisten) waren erg aardig.

Harde kussens :(( Beetje rioolgeur, maar dat is overal in de stad beetje :(

Very Friendly staff and so close to the tourist attractions

Fantastic location in the heart of the old town, friendly staff, decent sized room. Appreciated having a coffee machine in the room. Reasonably priced and a good value breakfast at 8€ (at time of writing)

The air con unit in our room was really noisy (sounded faulty) and kept us awake

Location and friendly staff.

Great location. Worried it might be noisy at night, but it was quiet. Large room with tub in the room to relax after a long day. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower wasn't completely clean. The fridge didn't work. The internet was very slow (It may have been the building or just not properly set up for wi-fi for all the rooms. The beds were hard.

Terrific location relative to central Valencia. Located on a pedestrian street. Quiet and comfortable.

There was a bit of a strange odour.

There was a funky sewage smell in the lobby. The church bells & street cleaners are quite loud early in the morning so bear that in mind if you like your lie-ins and are a light sleeper. The shampoo/bath gel really dried out our skin.

It was quiet and well located, room was big.

Mattress of the queen-size bed was worn out, so one side was very uncomfortable as it fell downwards, you had to sleep in the middle of the bed. There were hairs found at my arrival: between the mattress protector and the fit-sheet there were hairs, in the corner of the shower there were hairs, .... worse possible finding when you check in in a hotel room. Cleaning should be checked more thoroughly and supervised better. Guests are not dumb to see that under the sheet is not clean.

The staff very helpful with luggage ad directions. Location great. Clean and spacious room with coffee, sugar soap supplied and small refrigerator.

I was staying there with my 4 month old baby and i have to say i didn't expect all this: Absolutely love the place and location. Room was perfect and spot on clean. Stuff amazing really lookafter us:) we really appreciate that,so Thank you so much for make ouer time so so special:) we will definitely go back again ,and recommend this place:)
