very tricky to find the place , no clear sign posted , they are charging more money as their conversion rate with British pound is worse on airport , we should have paid the price as displayed on booking .com, there is no roam to put hand luggage if u got a child, there should be personal facility for getting fresh and toilet rather using outside public one

The “room” is a closet with the equivalent of a business class airline seat in it that reclines. no room for any luggage other than a small backpack.

Very uncomfortable and hard sofa bed to sleep on When other customers arrive for their pods there should be a quiet zone told to not disturb other customers The worst thing is you have to use the outside toilet facilities where they were always busy and disgustingly dirty, people washing their feet in sinks and spitting in them. No shower facilities of which were stated to refresh. No water or refreshments available

I missed the flight to Amsterdam, and then I re-booked flight to Amsterdam but layover in Dubai for about 9 hours at midnight. It was exhausting, but glad I made a reservation and re-charge my energy at sleep n fly! Good place to stayed. The staff is also helpful and set the alarm for me for my next flight!

Nice and clean, comfortable enough for few hours stay. had a good sleep.

although there was no shower included, the sleep pod was clean, quiet with storage space and with the closing door you kinda have your space to chill for long layover time. 1AM is the most expensive ones out of all other timeframe, however I personally it’s really worth it to have a Power Nap or just to chill. The staff are very caring they will ask your boarding time and based on their experience they have recommendations for wake-up call. Before I left, I saw the staff was cleaning and sterilizing the room. They did it thoroughly.

Would be nice to provide slippers and a bottle of water And I book the one at concourse B, it’s very hidden. i had to ask 2 airport staff to find it. I am a frequent traveler goes in and out from DXB airport but still took me some time to find it. On the other hand the one at C is very easy to find.
