Worked well for our family during a wedding weekend.

After 25+ Vrbo stays this is the only review I’ve left that is less than 5 stars. Let me start with the good. - The host is responsive - the house is large and there is plenty of space Cons - the only reason we booked this property was for the hot tub. The host turned on the tub a couple hours before we checked in. It is 110v hot tub and if you know anything about spas these types of tubs can take up to 3 days to get to temperature. We were unable to use the hot tub at all during our stay, it didn’t get warm until it was time to checkout. - the kitchen is also not stocked with very many necessities. Do not plan on cooking for your group unless you bring your own pans/pots. Yes there are a few items not not enough. It’s unfortunate because this property does have a lot potential.

Place clean, Space as advertised plenty of room for all of us. Could use a few necessities stocked.

Mike supplied everything we needed before we arrived with a door code and WiFi password. We settled in with ease. There was plenty of parking on driveway and street. We used all three bedrooms on the ground floor and one of the two in the basement. It was nice having the second bathroom in the basement with 5 adults staying in the house. Three of my adults are over 70. We appreciated the safety handles and rails everywhere. Both showers were walk in with rails for added safety. And the entrance from the garage with just a couple stairs had handles by the doors. Thank you, Mike, for all of your safety features. We spent a lot of time at the kitchen table eating meals and playing games and we loved the large living room with the big tv. The kitchen was equipped with most things we needed. We even used the grill for a burger night and ate outside on the patio. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful but close to everything we needed, gas, groceries, restaurants. I can’t think of anything Mike could have done to have made our stay any better. It was our first time staying in Sioux Falls. We would happily stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family wedding weekend! It had the perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms and was super spacious for all of us! We played games, grilled out, watched cable, and slept wonderfully! We enjoyed being 2 minutes from shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and the major roadways. It was so perfect! We also appreciated Mike's communication and instructions. We will definitely stay again if we need a home with lots of space. Thanks for everything!

My family gathered together to celebrate my grandson’s wedding. Perfect place for a large group stay, and a friendly home atmosphere. Shopping was close and convenient. We’ll stay there again.

Spacious property, close to highway and mall. Great deck and private back yard.

this home worked great for our family of 6. We enjoyed having two family rooms to hang out in. Having three bedrooms on the first floor worked out great, so the little one could rest and the adults have the basement bedrooms. We would consider this home again, next time we are in SD.

Lots of room at this property and loved the ability to spread out and do our own thing!

The location was great, we loved the living room. It had three great couches and a huge tv. The beds were comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed in was the bedrooms in the basement. I knew there would be basement bedrooms , however there were no egress windows, I did expect there would be an egress window since it was advertised as 5 bedrooms.

We were in town for a family members wedding and had an awesome stay at this house. The owner was very very fast at responding to messages and was available for any questions and needs. the house itself was super clean and roomy- able to allow each of the guest their own room and bed to stay in. 10/10 would recommend.

We had an enjoyable time at our stay. Had everything we needed after a long day at the softball fields. Would definitely recommend

The house was nice and depicted accurately. It was located a very convenient location for everywhere we needed to go.

My son had a 16U baseball tourney in Sioux Falls and we needed a place to stay for 4 nights that could accommodate 5 - 7 people possibly. This house was perfect for our needs. There are 5 bedrooms which all had comfy queen beds and two huge living rooms to hang out with in between games. The teenagers hung out downstairs and the parents and younger children had plenty of room upstairs to hang out and chat. Plus there is a big TV in each living room and a TV in each bedroom and the kitchen which came in handy. Overall it was a great experience and a great house layout for a group to be able to relax for a wknd instead of being crowded in a hotel room or two for 4 nights!!!

The house was better than expected. It was very clean and plenty of room for the 10 of us.
