Everything was nice from location of condo to restaurant, water park right on the back side of the condo, and 5 minute walk to the beach from unit. Elevator worked properly which made it easy to load and unload car. Only down side the master suite mattress needs updating.

Very clean and well furnished unit. Balcony has a great nature view. We saw a lot of birds, fish, and bunnies. Perfect for kids as a water park is located on site. Full kitchen really helps to keep the cost of eating out for a family down. communication with staff easy. Will stay again!

We really enjoyed this location. My son loved the water slide and the adults enjoyed that everything else (restaurants, beach and shops) are walkable within 1-2 blocks.
When I initially booked the listing I missed that they have a pack and play there as well as wagon, , chairs, umbrella and toys for the beach you can use. What a nice surprise!

It was a wonderful location with a view. The condo was clean and there were a few things that were broken that we emailed about and the property handyman was there within 10 minutes to fix the issues. We enjoyed the water park and the entire area was wonderful to visit.

We went on a spring family vacation with our 6 year old son and in laws. This place was perfect. Indian Rocks beach is definitely the place to be if you want less crowds and more family friendly. Our son loves the water park and the condo was so the perfect size for our family. The floors did leave our feet dirty and the hair dryer in bedroom 2 was broke but that was the only problems and they were minor. Being able to use the beach chairs/umbrellas was a relief. Perfect walking distance. We will definitely consider this property on our next beach vacation!

Nice place, over looked the bay, 2 blocks from the beach, walking distance from multiple restaurants & bars, kids enjoyed the waterpark. IRB seemed smaller and more relaxed the Clearwater beach

First time to Indian Rocks Beach and loved the location, everything you may need in walking distance and a short drive to anything else you may want. Waterpark was great and well run. View from the room was perfect. Condo was clean and well equipped. Only thing is the king bed in the master bedroom desperately needs a new mattress, very uncomfortable and the underframe is very loud and squeky.

This is our second time staying at this location but our first time staying in this unit. Everything was exactly what we expected. These units have everything you need including beach gear, a pack n play, extra blankets, cooking utensils and pods for the dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen flooring seems to have had some water damage to it and really needs to be replaced. A certain section of flooring kept sliding loose when we walked from the front door through the kitchen which was not a huge deal but still needs to be fixed. Not a deal breaker by any means. I will say that the furniture in the master is quite large for the space and doesn't leave much walking space so there were some bumped shins for my husband and I. Also only one nightstand in the master was not very convenient but I used my suitcase for that.
The TV in the second bedroom is on top of a smallish dresser and IMO should be attached to the wall because it would be very easy for a little one to tip over.
Cleanliness could have been better as the floors were quite dirty, this is what we experienced with the last unit as well. Understandably it's difficult to keep the floor pristine in a vacation home with quite a bit of traffic. Again, not a deal breaker. We wore socks while inside.
Overall we had a great stay and will definitely book here again. It's the perfect one stop shop for families with young kids. Everything you could want is within walking distance with the exception of a grocery store.

We enjoyed our stay as the water park was fun and convenient! The ocean was a short walk away as it was easy to navigate and get to other beaches, food and activities!

We were not told the pull out bed was broken & when i emailed the ppty mgr, they responded that they already knew that & that there was a blow up mattress. The blower was rechargeable but on a 3in cord & designed in such a way you couldnt charge it & use it at the same time. Also not a quick charge. It took over 2hrs to blow up the mattress waiting on the blower to charge up enough to use. Their response was to go to walmart & buy another bed & theyd reimburse the cost. The pool pass/wrist band was a complete hassle.. if u plan on going to the pool, go stand in line EARLY bcz the swim park is open to the public to buy tix & the line literally goes around the block. There is no consideration if you are paying $ to stay at the resort & already hv passes. They need to hv a separate desk or option for actual guests staying to expedite. The pool/lazy river gets VERY crowded & there are very few umbrellas or shaded areas. Otherwise the resort is pretty quiet & close to good restaurants & the beach (1 block from beach). Parking is ridiculous & the garage is not well designed. We saw no fewer than 3 cars get "stuck" on the lower floor bcz theres no turn around when that area is full. The elevators are VERY slow & not air conditioned so its like being in an oven bcz it literally is one. The icemaker in the unit we stayed in was quirky too...it wouldnt give ice then when u pull the cup away assuming there was no ice to dispense, it would spill ice all over the floor. Annoying.

Thoroughly enjoyed this unit for our Spring Break getaway. Unit was well kept and clean. Appliances all worked, bedrooms and bathrooms were sufficient (although I would say they could benefit from some new pillows - which we went a bought a few for our stay).
Kids loved the Splash Harbour waterpark! We visited almost everyday. Handy to have the rum shack nearby for an adult beverage. I will say that it was very, very busy the days we were there, more so on the weekend (to be expected, yes). Lots of unattended children literally running around (dangerous on wet surfaces, saw a few kids take bad wipe outs) and not enough lifeguards to keep things under control. If we weren't there shortly after opening, its hard to get chairs near the pool where we needed to be to watch our young kiddos swim.
Short walk to the beach - about 10 mins for us when you have kids, grandparents and a wagon full of beach equipment in tow. Beach was absolutely lovely - not overcrowded, lots of space to spread out.
Parking garage was at capacity a few nights when we got back late and we had to find street parking. Hard to do this in the dark on the first night but we rolled the dice on a spot and were fine. During the day not hard to find a garage spot.
Elevators a bit slow, but we were on second floor so not a big deal to take the stairs.
The unit's beach equipment could use an upgrade. 3 of the 5 chairs were broken. 1 of the umbrellas was in really rough shape and the other broke when we set it up on the beach - had to walk back to the unit with it opened up (actually really funny thinking back on it). Was able to fix it once we got it back but I'd say the beach equipment could use some TLC or replacing.
Sat out on the deck quite often for HH or morning coffee, very relaxing out there watching the boats in the harbour.
Went up and watched the sunset on the top floor the last night - what a view! Wish we had done it sooner but we were so wiped at the end of every day from all the sun and fun we were having!
Walked to the coffee shop and ice cream parlour a few times. Checked out the brewery and the surf shop. The few restaurants within walking distance were so busy with long wait times - but the food is delicious.
Overall - 4.5 out of 5 stars!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and roomy. We had a wonderful time and would go back again. And the property owner was very helpful and got back to me right away when we had a question. Thank you for sharing this little piece of heaven with us.

Great property. Condo was clean and equipped with everything needed. Beach is a couple blocks away. Within walking distance to great restaurants. Hassle free check-in and checkout process. Would stay again. Highly recommend.

We came in for 3 days with our 1 year old who loved the water park. She is not big enough for all of the slides but loved the kiddie pool. Park was not overcrowded. Definitely coming back in the future! Would recommend to anyone with small kids to pre-teen.

This property was exactly as described. Perfect location for walking anywhere in Indian Rocks Beach. The water park was so awesome to have available for our kids daily. They really liked it. The water park and property was really clean and we had zero complaints ! We loved that we could hang with them but also have a little adult fun as well with the rum shack and Jimmy Guaranas next door. We had a few minor things happen during our stay but the owner was very responsive and it was nothing that deterred us from a future stay by any means. We will definitely stay here again! Perfect for our family of four and for what we needed.

Everything about the property was great. The only thing that I did not care for was the cleaning fee. We clean that entire apartment when it was time to check out the only thing that was not clean was the bed sheets because the beds are asked to stay unmade. I don't think you should have to pay a cleaning fee just for someone to come in and make the bed. Not after we cleaned everything there was in there.

Although our stay was cut short because of Hurricane Ian, we really enjoyed it when we were there! It’s a short walk to the beach and wonderful that everything is provided for you to go to the beach. The water park was awesome and easy to get to. We will be back again!

We loved hanging out on the balcony and watching the boats (and a dolphin!) go by on the intercoastal waterway. Access to the adjoining waterpark every day for up to 4 guests was a great benefit. The location is excellent with a short 15 minute drive to Clearwater beach and Pier 60.

Location to beach was just a short walk. Lots of fun at the water park-great for our 11yr old. Elevator was slow and had some long waits but just a small discomfort during a fun vacation

Perfect location for IRB getaway!
Second floor Condo overlooking the Intercoastal. Great patio with a great view of the boats going up/down the intercoastal. Condo was very clean, tidy, inviting, and a great place for our family vacation. Beach is about 0.13 miles from the condo. Many wonderful local owned restaurants in the area. Easy access to everything! Great location for walking (we didn’t rent a car, and were able to walk to everything). Great communication with the owner. Comfortable beds. Definitely would recommend.

It was the perfect get away
We did the water park during the day and the beach in the evening to watch the sunset.
We only ate out once, the condo had all the tools we needed to cook our meals. The had beach towels and the beach toys and chairs were super appreciated! I did need debi once for a booking error I made, and she was very helpful and responsive!

Highly recommend the location if you have children, like to visit the beach, and typically forget something and need easy access to an CVS. Also convenient restaurants all around.

Great location and beautiful view of harbor
Everything was great! It was very close to the beach, it had a great harbor view, and the water park was right behind us. We had an awesome time and will stay again next time we visit. The bonus was all of the beach stuff to use. There were chairs, umbrellas, and even a wagon to carry it all!

Great family getaway
We drove from Jacksonville to Clearwater for a quick getaway. Had a great time, the Water park was great & was just a few minutes from the beach. Also a lot of great local eateries close by.

Perfect
This was our 2nd trip to Harbourside and we actually had 7 days of warm weather to enjoy it !!! My Husband and I rented one unit and my Daughter, Husband and 3 kids rented another unit just 3 doors down. We loved walking to the Beach and evening walks for Ice Cream. The Water Park was fun as well. We had an amazing time !!!
