location was excellent, place was less busy than all the huge tower places. Finding a parking spot was always easy and close to the door.

using door code took a little getting used to; but worked much better once I read the instruction carefully on the app and followed them explicitly rather than winging it.

I liked the view and Jesse was sooo kind.

There was roaches. Called Vacasa and never got a call back sent pictures and heard nothing. Just reallly not thrilled.

Upon check-in we found large live roaches in the kitchen area and in the bathroom it appeared the tub was being cleaned but had never been rinsed. Run down and stark. Called in issues and mgmt would not respond. I took the time to drive to headquarters to be told we got a good deal on this and it was someone else’s fault luke the HOA and not once did we receive an apology. Refunded half of the cleaning fee after talking to us like we were being ridiculous for expecting the room to be as advertised. Vacasa at the Gulf Shores location is substandard

We ate in our room from stuff we brought.

Loud elevator noise all hours of the night.

Clean and good parking. Located near eateries and shopping. A two minute walk to the beach.

The AC filter was absolutely filthy. Some minor repairs were made in the unit a day after we had checked in (AC filter, clogged/slow draining bathtub drain and broken towel hanger) which were noted by the previous tenants. The whirlpool tub power button broke and there were black flecks of material in the water after the jets quit working. The whirlpool tub was not repaired by the time we checked out.
