This may be an older property but it was a lovely, homely wee hotel. Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast first class.

The breakfast was amazing really lovely, but one of the dishes at dinner wasn’t very good and really wasn’t worth £15, the lasagne my partner had, she should of really sent it back, the chips didn’t seem homemade and she had to send them back, plus the lasagne was very unusual, my curry was amazing can’t critique that.

Strong smell of fried food throughout the hotel - worth mentioning...

There was a shower mat rolled up on a shelf that was black with mould which someone should have realised should have been thrown in the bin. The shower head had a gluppy leak which put us off using the shower at all and so we only used the sink for our 2 night stay. There was also a warning about a fault with the shower. I think the shower needed to be repaired before the room is sold again.

The staff were absolutely lovely and get 11 out of 10.
