The apartment was clean and comfortable. Like it allot.
We were put right at the back of the site which was ok except for the fact it was like a dump. Full of litter, unkept and very disappointing.

Apartment well equipped and modern and very clean
No WiFi all stay asked for help said too many people must be using it!! Had pool issues with no wristband and reception to pool door locked and no signs to help with access! locker keys have no wristband so had to hide them in a towel . Clubhouse disgraceful no ice ran out of lager ?? Glasses were hot from dishwasher arrived at 9 no entertainment and restaurant had no menus had to go online 4g as no WiFi to find opening times. breakfast was odd no menus!! same thing ordered twice was totally different ran out of juice not particularly cheap either and lots more small things
☹ real shame first holiday since chemo !!!

The property was immaculately clean & had all the facilities needed. The contact at the property was so helpful answering questions & allowing us early check in she went above and beyond. Lovely pool & kids soft play too and very reasonable priced drinks & food.

No entertainment on may/June school holidays.
Walls a bit grubby in our apartment, red food stains on walls by the table, dirty kitchen utensils and plates on our arrival. Hairs on our towels and bedding.

Clean, tidy and everything you need from fridge to hot shower, dishwasher, microwave and cooker with oven. Very quiet place, super comfy beds and spacious living room.
No WiFi (the once we were given didn't work and after than there was no response from the host :( carpets could do with removing animal air and deep clean.

The apartment was clean and warm. Tesco store just up the road was very handy.
The location of the apartment was in a very run down section of the holiday park, delapidated apartments, grass uncut, old appliances dump on a nearby open area. There did not seem to be any recycling facilities, just general waste refuge bins even though a recycle centre was just a 1/4 mile away.

Apartment itself was tidy, clean and the kitchen especially good. Location itself was a bit tired with many units in obvious disrepair.
Bathroom was a little below the standard of the kitchen. A window in back bedroom did not shut completely. Not having access to the pool on site within the rate was disappointing.

The apartment was really clean which made our stay very comfortable. The rooms were spotless😊
Woolacombe was only 15 minutes drive with amazing beaches.
The venue is close to the town centre and Tesco was just around the corner.
Not a lot of activities onsite for children but great outdoor activities for children nearby and in Woolacombe.

Lucy was excellent - the customer service was second to none and when we made them aware of our issues we were immediately moved to a different apartment which was recently refurbished and of a much higher quality. The kitchen appliances were all in full working order and the beds were comfortable and the bathroom obviously newly refitted. There was ample parking and it was a quiet location.
The first apartment we were originally booked into was quite low quality. It looked tired from the outside and the green was quite unkempt. The massive window would (i doubt) have kept the heat in. There was a problem that the bathroom light was broken. The complex is obviously under going refurbishment and it may be a little hit and miss as to whether you get an apartment pre or post refurb. The complex is a LONG way away from the town centre and down a very steep hill. I wouldn't consider it to be walkable distance and there was no information in the apartment about taxis or other local facilities.
