The room decoration is basic, some furnitures are basic, but the room and kitchen were well equipped. This is a nice place to stay at and the host is very nice.

Gustavo's place was great! Exactly as described in the listing. Gustavo was very kind and accommodating. The property was clean and comfortable. They even offered to clean the space and change the towels, which was a nice touch. We greatly appreciated the laundry on site too. Gustavo's place was about a 10-minute walk into "downtown," which has many grocery stores, restaurants, some bars, and the bus station to Manuel Antonio, San Jose, or other surrounding areas.

The staff was really helpfull, despite they almost didnt speak English. Large (bed)room, with all the needed cooking stuff. A relaxing place to stay!

place is actually an apartment as it says ! it has a nice and clean bathroom( nice and hot shower ), the kitchen has everything you need in case you wanna cook , the a A/C is a bit noisy but it does work very well . You can wash your clothes at no additional costs ( just buy your detergent , of course !) . the location is close to many restaurants , banks , bakeries , etc Gustavo is an amazing host ! the guy was always very friendly and willing to explain anything I asked .

Everything was great, the apartment is exactly as described. Very well equipped. The location is also very central. The host was very helpful. Highly recommended!

This apartment has everything! Don’t let the looks deceive you. Perfectly clean, Working A/C, wifi, TV with cable (some channels seem a bit broken), fans, fully equipped kitchen, fridge, hot water (electric shower). Very convenient location and very good price.

laundry service is 10 usd and parking was available at a lot nearby (the owner needs to walk you to it on the way in and out). Toilet paper is for some reason really thin :(
