You can’t ask for a better condo on the beach with easy access to everywhere! If you like live music, this place is for you. VIP seating above a rocking bar. Our entire family couldn’t get enough, it was AWESOME!

Everything about the condo was PERFECT! Parking was nice because you had an assigned space. We couldn’t have been happier the week we stayed. Thank you, Matt for sharing your condo with us.

Loved the room and view. A bit loud with live music right outside of the door. Great area to people watch. Not ideal for a 2 year old the music did not prevent her from napping. Would definitely stay there again.

Old Orchard in the summer is a terrific place for the family and kids of all ages to have fun! From the live events to lazy beach life! This place puts you smack dab in the middle of it all, and with everything you need!

Spent a week here and thoroughly enjoyed it! Condo is exactly as pictured and well stocked. Communication with Matt was excellent. I loved being right upstairs from the music and we spent evenings on the beautiful deck.

Our 3 kids (8,5,2) loved their first time to Old Orchard Beach. The condo is updated and very clean. The washer and dryer within the condo is very convenient. The live music at the Brunswick outside bar was enjoyable throughout the day. Our favorite aspects were having clear ocean views from the condo with the large deck and wall-to-wall sliding glass doors, collecting shells, playing in the ocean, building sand castles, and of course being only 2 blocks from Palace Playland. Thanks Matthew for sharing your place!

My friends and I all turning 60 this year and wanted a fun place to stay and we got it! Music below was great beach clean and easy access. Danced for days and my friends of 45 years loved it we were all 17 again

This was our first time at OOB. I was concerned with being over the bar and all of the music, but it turned out to be a lot of fun. The live entertainment was really great and the people watching was even better! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed.

Extremely loud as a live band plays til 12-1:00 pm EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. But they did provide ear plugs😳

Wonderful place!
We enjoyed our week in the condo. My son and family came from NC and my other son and spouse from NY. It was the first time in 14 yrs we have all be together in OOB and Matthew’s condo was the exact thing we were looking for.
We had quiet days and musics from the deck below 4 nights and what a great time we had.
Our grandkids are 5 and 9 and they had no trouble going to sleep with the bands playing below on the deck. Matthew did a great job at trying to minimize the sounds to include white noise machines in the bedroom. The only negative was that there was only one spot for parking.
We would definitely rent from Matthew again and would recommend him and his property.

Loved the views of the ocean. Condo was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The only thing we wished was that our stay was longer.

This condo was very clean and nicely updated! My family of 6 had a wonderful week stay here. The host was kind and quickly responded to even the smallest of questions. Great location with everything worth doing in walking distance; an excellent deck with enough seating for all, great views of the ocean and my kids slept right through all of the live music without issue. Will return again!

Outstanding experience
Everything was perfect. The huge deck overlooking the ocean was amazing. My friends and I hit the beach early each day and made it back to the deck in the early afternoon to enjoy the music and people watching below. The condo was very clean and the communication with the host was prompt and easy. I highly recommend this place if you enjoy the beach and live music.

I stayed in this condo for one week with my husband and three little girls. The place was beautiful! It was clean. The deck is was great and the view was amazing. The deck is directly above the Brunswick. The music went on pretty much daily, and when bands were playing it is pretty loud. It didn’t keep any of the kids from sleeping, however. Overall, an excellent place! The owner was also extremely responsive to all questions.

OOB BEACHFRONT
BEACHFRONT! WELL FURNISHED, COMFORTABLE. AMAZING DECK. ONSITE DINING AND ENTERTAINMENT. BANDS CAN BE LOUD, BUT STOP AT 10:30-11:00. WE PLAYED CARDS ON THE DECK AND ENJOYED THE MUSIC. CLOSE TO PIER/SHOPPING/DINING. WALK EVERYWHERE. THANKS, MATT!

You can't get any closer to the beach!
Super clean and nicely updated. The expansive deck overlooking OOB is an oasis! Beds were super comfortable. Great communication with owner.
