Ideal für Hochzeitsfeiern, Abschlussfeiern oder IU-Sportveranstaltungen. Sieben Schlafzimmer (insgesamt 12 Betten) mit Whirlpool im Innenbereich, Garten und Sichtschutzzaun. Drei Meilen südlich von IU Campus, zehn Minuten zu Fuß zum YMCA, 15 Minuten Fahrt zum Lake Monroe. Hunde sind im Erdgeschoss erlaubt. Ich verwende nur umweltfreundliche Reinigungsprodukte, zahle allen Reinigungskräften einen Mindestlohn von 15 USD pro Stunde und spende 5% des Gewinns an lokale Wohltätigkeitsorganisationen. .

Stayed the weekend of the Little 500. 3rd weekend in April
We loved being close to campus and the large number of comfortable beds. Although the property is dated the gathering areas were perfect for our needs.

The house is extraordinary. The hot tub needed cleaning. One of tge bedrooms was covered in live and dead ants. Need curtains in the living room. The bathrooms need tge toilets fixed, we had to keep fixing tge one by the front door.

The house was big enough to accommodate our group of 10 adults and 3 children effortlessly and still had more room! Lots of room with plenty of beds and plenty of parking space was plus. We enjoyed being able to have our group all together playing games, cooking food and getting ready together for the wedding. The house was very clean. My master king suite bed was comfortable! I usually plan trips for our group of 20+ people and wouldn't hesitate to bring them back here again if I need to.

We had 13 college friends gather here for Homecoming. Although a bit dated, it was clean and a great place for us to hang out as a group. The kitchen was great for prepping tailgate food and there were plenty of beds & baths for all of us. Beds were comfortable, too. It was a quick Uber to Kirkwood and all the fun spots. Owner was responsive and quick to answer questions.

Beautiful relaxation
Was supposed to have a small get together for a friend but got stood up by a lot, so me and my best friend enjoyed this beautiful big house by herself. The house was clean, gorgeous, had learning all of the above.
