Fantastic views! Great price for what you get. Loved the neighbourhood & area. Lovely & quiet

Mattress on floor, can't believe no mattress protector- very unhygienic! Dust all around TV area. No plates (try making a sandwich in a dish!) No teaspoons - these should all be checked after each stay, & this was pointed out in some reviews last year & not addressed. Very uncomfortable couch... couldn't use TV as Chromecast, should have a smart TV. Could hear people above walking across room. Have to go outside to wash dishes.

Floor to ceiling windows meant a great views but also meant that as we were at street level, everyone walking past also had a good view of us. Property only had full block out so if we wanted any privacy we had to block out the views. Would be good if there were some sheer curtains for privacy. There were no plates, only bowls so had to prepare our toast in a bowl. No teaspoons so had to make coffees with a soup spoon. Tea and coffee provided but no milk which was very annoying as there is no supermarket nearby so had to drive all the way into Queenstown to get some. Room in general was clean but went to use one of the games provided on the shelf under the TV and it and the shelf was covered in dust. There is a small wall that comes half way up and separates the bedroom area from the lounge area - bed is on a raised platform on the ground so could not watch TV in bed or see any of the views from the bed. Would be great if the TV could be wall mounted so it could be seen from the bed, or place the bed on a normal bed frame to raise it to take in the views. The block out blind is missing from the side door out to the deck and only had a sheer - next door can look straight into the room so had no privacy. Could hear upstairs walking around during the night.

Decor was nice, view was amazing. Space was large and abundant. Everything was neat and tidy.

Lots of noise from upstairs tenants stomping around. Parking instructions were unclear, said one thing in a message and then another thing in the in room booklet. A couple of the windows don't have blockout curtains but have sheers, nice aesthetic but not practical when the upstairs neighbours park in the driveway with their lights blasting into the unit at 11pm at night and the lights from the next door neighbours. They also request that you clean the dishes but provide nothing but a tea towel to do it. Don't get me wrong the place is good but just...meh when factoring in all these cons. We'll be staying somewhere else next time we come to Queenstown...the place just wasn't for us.

The location is perfect. The quiet surroundings make for a pieceful getaway and the views are amazing!

After 4pm check in time is far too late when you visitors are going to Queenstown for a nights getaway or attending a Saturday event.

Understocked—no plates, no bath mat, no dish cloth. instructions are to cook outside and wash the dishes before leaving but there is no hot water. Bed is just a mattress on the floor. Noisy tenants upstairs, with lots of stomping and partying till after 1.30am

TV table, TV and the plant were a bit dusty. My partner is allergic to dust so l was worried he won’t be in the condition to enjoy the travel but it turned out to be fine.

loved the location and the set up of the living space. View was absolutely stunning from the balcony.

It was a cute little studio with a beautiful view!

Another couple turned up after we had checked in, unfortunately I think the owner had double booked at not realised. Not an ideal situation! Also there were plenty of bowls but no plates.

The property is clean comfortable and has exceptional views . It is a short drive from the centre of town and we highly recommend

The bed is on the ground very comfortable but a little hard to get in & out for a slightly older person . Raising it off the ground would help .

Absolutely LOVED the location and the view and for the price it was amazing! Very homey feeling to it like an AirBnB or Holiday House stay.

Parking on site was disappointing as there were Tradie and Construction vehicles all along the one pathway to and from the entry while they worked on neighboring units. Although it states that you can park next to unit, we were asked to park down from unit which in the rain can be a hassle. No garbage bags provided to place food scraps in but large bins outside for recycling. VERY heavy foot noise from the upstairs neighboring unit was definitely an ear sore the first few nights. Has Chromecast, but would be great to have a smart TV nowadays. Just minor things really. Otherwise great stay!

Cool place to stay, had pretty much all we needed for a quick visit. Bathroom well stocked, heated tiles nice touch. Shower pressure was great.

Pull out sofa wasn't the most comfortable, that would be our only downer.

the view from the property was incredible! perfectly situated in a lovely suburb, just a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. loved the heated tiles and the a/c was great. overall we loved our stay here and will definitely rebook on our next trip.
