Location is good in District 1, and good value for money, near many coffee shops and eating places.

The room has unfinished paint, make it not nice when staying the the room. The hotel shall finish the paint of the wall, to avoid complains front eh guests.

dirty and dark. little back bugs came from the drains and flew all over the room. air conditioner was not working and was leaking water all night.

the shower is good

there were stains on blanket and bed sheet and there was no breakfast available. For 3 stars and in comparison higher prices this felt disappointing.

Leaving this place.

Run for your life when you still can. HCMC is a very large city and you can find anything better than this. The photos were obviously taken 3 years ago when the place opened. The room was dirty with stains on the sheets, on the table, insects flying everywhere in the bathroom. The staff does not even care, and they make you pay before you see the room (which is standard in many places in Viet Nam except usually they offer great services in exchange). I regret not taking a photo of the dead insect on the bathroom floor. The central location of the Cozrum Lux does not even make it up. You can find way better for this price point.

nothing It looks good at the pictures but the reality is different.

The room was uncleaned and unmaintained the walls was dirty, peeled and scratched. After 1 night I insisted to change the room ,they agreed but the other room was in the same condition. Please avoid.

The location is good and our first stay was pleasant.

The second time we stayed was horrible. Must be a game of luck if you get a descent room. Payed the same price but there was water damage and the bathroom was not clean. We also had to ask reception for towels, they just forgot to provide them. They were quite rude about it as well. As if it is our fault they didn't do their job.
