Location was great. Clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and cordial.

Towels, pillows, etc were old and not comfortable. Incense were put in the reception at all times, even after we told I was highly allergic to it.

What I liked most is the room. The big window gives a good view although there is nothing great in terms of landscape, the view of the sky is great. The rate wasn't too high including breakfast, which as fairly good. The people at the reception, including, who I think is the owner, have been very helpful.

They should provide two towels when two people are staying. I know they will provide it if we ask, but we should not have to ask - it should be ready if there are two people staying.

Same buffet varieties for 12 days. Bed was very uncomfortable, can feel the spring and one side of the bed is unstable. Towels were strained. * when i came with the baby stroller the staff tried to help but I don’t who that was, some renovation work was on process i believe it was the owner or someone senior. He said to let me take it. And the staff unwilling left the stroller where it was. Now that was bad customer service and i was not happy with it. Really disappointed. If you yourself don’t know how to give proper customer service at least let your staff do it for you.

the bed was actually disgusting and it was really hard to sleep on it. the furnitures were all old and was having a lot scratches and stuff which made the room look so unstandardized..

Worst stay!! Power went off at night and Ac was not working.took 3hrs to sort the issues And the staff response was rude and the complimentary breakfast was terrible .Not worth for a 3k stay

The room is very nice snd comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The location is great for catching the bus.
