Very typical room within a few meters of sites to visit.

People in Bethlehem are very annoying as soon as they see tourists, the don't let you go without asking for money.

The location is perfect near the Nativity Church, the local street market and good places to eat. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we might need for a short stay. The communication with the owners was easy and clear.

Not just a stay in a guesthouse, but an unforgettable experience of being hosted by a Palestinian family: from the very first moment, Khader, his father and their family welcomed me and my father with kindness and helpfulness, making our trip to Palestine unique. The guesthouse is in an exceptional location, very close to Manger Square, the Church of Nativity and the suq, in the heart of Bethlehem's historic centre. The apartment is lovely, very neat and clean, with everything you need, including air conditioning, wifi and a fully equipped kitchen. We won't forget the welcome of Khader and his father, the hospitality in their home with their family, as well as the attention they paid to our every need, even helping us to organise excursions and transfers during our stay in Palestine. Highly recommended!

Khader was a wonderful host and it was a pleasure meeting him and his father. The location is absolutely perfect in Bethlehem! The bed was really comfy too! I also enjoyed that I was able to walk to a lot of the significant sites and bus pick-ups which made for a much more immersive experience than being in a big hotel or having to take a lot of taxis. I highly recommend if you are fit and able to explore on foot.

The only thing that was a little strange was the kitchen and bathroom were disconnected from the sleeping room and all were considered one apartment. It wasn't an issue because I was the only one there but it did feel a little disconnected and I did not see that when booking. I travel alone so prefer a lot of privacy and it was a bit different not having a contained apartment.

Khader is one of the bests host we have ever met hands down. The room is located on a small street just beside Manger street, so it makes it quiet during the day besides the proximity to the actual city centre (plus the Church of Nativity!). The place lacks no amenities, having an ac - much needed in the summer - and also a washing machine, comfortable bed, spacious kitchen equipped with everything. Very clean with a superb wifi connection (we actually used a lot for work!). On the day of our arrival we arrived earlier and Khader made getting inside the place easy in no time! He was also the most helpful person, as he was quick to answer everything and willing to help as much as he could. He even helped us renting a car which is quite tricky otherwise - or over the web when not in Palestine. Definitely coming back! Definitely recommended for everyone! Kudos to Khader for his kindness and energy!
