Family and friends stayed with us at Sarah's house. It is very comfortable and has a feel of home and comfort once you enter the house. All of us enjoyed the outdoor gardens and patio spaces. Sleep came easy with the comfortable beds and quiet neighbours. We really had a lot of fun! Thank you Sarah for making our stay and visit so enjoyable.

Lovely, clean, well-located for all the fun of Old Orchard Beach and Portland as well. Sarah could not have been more helpful, welcoming and communicative - it was one of the best rental experiences I've had.

My family stayed at Sarah's Property in Old Orchard Beach for 1 week in August. This has to be our "Favorite Family Vacation" we have taken. The house and yard were very nice and well taken care of. The inside of the house was so nice and we all felt comfortable staying at this property. The house was nicely furnished and Sarah thought of everything that you might need while staying there, it was well equipped. She greeted us when we arrived, showed us around and answered any questions that we had and checked in with us during the week to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and didn't have any questions, which we didn't. I have never felt more at home while being away from home then I felt staying at this property. We would definitely stay here again...loved it! Plenty of room for us 4 adults and two children. Sarah was an excellent host and her home is not only beautiful but is very clean and has just about everything you could possibly need in a home. The beach cart and chairs, fenced in yard, patio, outdoor shower, grill and gorgeous flowers/garden were all added bonuses. Short distance to the beach and about a mile to the pier. It’s evident the love and care Sarah puts into her home!

We had a very nice stay. Plenty of room for 4. Beautiful kitchen and clean home. Comfortable beds and amazing pillows. Sarah has everything you could need for a stay! From a plethora of kitchen items to guard rails and step stools and beach towels and much more. It’s even a pleasant neighborhood to go for a walk. There is a little hill to get down to the beach so coming back up was a little tough but luckily the home is pretty close to the beach itself. Sarah was so helpful and responsive for our stay and had great suggestions. I am going to miss that kitchen, bathroom and most of all those pillows!! Thank you so much. 🙌🙂

My family (5 people) and I stayed on the property for 4 nights during my son’s baseball tournament. The location was perfect, going back and forth to Portland for games, and walking to the beach at night. Sandy was timely with any questions we had. I would stay here again and would highly recommend. Thanks for a wonderful Maine experience!!!

We love everything about this property. Sarah was really helpful. We arrived a few hours early, she let us check in and let us check out a few hours late as well. The house was stock with everything you need. Very clean house. We definitely will be back next summer ⛱️🌞⛱️.

This house is obviously someone's pride and joy-- and it shows. It is immaculate inside and out. The artwork inside is amazing and the gardens and flowers stunning. The kitchen has everything you might need (including lobster tools and pot and even measuring cups!). Beach equipment and an outdoor shower as well as the location, made this the perfect beach house. Sarah was easily accessible and quick to respond to our questions. The only drawback is that all the bedrooms are upstairs and both bathrooms are downstairs. As old folks, navigating the stairs in the middle of the night is not idea. However, this was a small price to pay overall for a great stay!

The house, the location and the communication with Sarah were all three very top notch. Clearly she loves this propoerty based on the care that is reflected inside, and out. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Such a lovely place in old orchard beach. The host was well communicated prior and during our stay. The house was warm and charming, plenty of rooms for 6. The overall experience was great.

We had an amazing time in Old Orchard Beach with an absolute lovely home with wonderful owners. Sarah was amazing to work with and she thought of everything. The house was the perfect size for our family of five including Grandma. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor space was the icing on the cake. From the fabulous patio you could watch hummingbirds and butterflies visit all the beautiful gardens and the outdoor rain shower was the perfect spot after the walk home from the beach. We would definitely recommend this house to others and stay here again!

Sarah had everything you could possibly need which made the travel a little easier on the packing! The beds where comfortable and house very clean. We loved the outside shower especially after a beach day. I would stay here again and the communication was good from start to end!

If you're looking for a gorgeous, clean, homey property within walking distance to the beach then this is the home for you! My family and I have rented many home on both Air B&B and VRBO, and this was certainly one of the better ones. Sarah had absolutely everything you could need in the home - multiple sets of linens, brand new kitchen appliances, clean and organized dishware/silverware, even tupperware to take your lunch & snacks to the beach. The backyard had sail shades that kept the stone backyard cool. There was a lovely picnic table that easily sat the 6 of us and a brand new patio set that was so comfortable, I plan to get one for our house as well. She also had the best beach cart for use, beach chairs, a grill hooked up to gas, coolers, etc! I've never seen a house so well stocked for the guests. The house was clean and organized, but had a welcoming, homey feel to it. It was perfectly located in Old Orchard Beach within walking distance to the beach and the pier. The book collection, displayed throughout multiple rooms in the house was impressive. Sarah, herself, was a very gracious host that welcomed us into the home our first day there, showed us around and offered advice for local activities and restaurants. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone! Thank you again Sarah!

Sarah met us at the property upon arrival and walked us through everything. The house was immaculate. Very comfortable stay for my husband, myself, 5 year old daughter, 1 year old son and our best friend. The bunk bed room was large enough for a pack n play. Majority of the outlets were either in use or covered so we didn’t have to worry about exposed outlets and tiny fingers. The house was so clean you could have eaten off the floor. The outdoor shower helped us to keep sand out of the house and was a nice treat from our normal. The house had Netflix for the kids. We brought our own toys but she did provide boogie boards and chairs, an umbrella and a wagon to haul everything. It’s an easy 7 minute walk to the beach even for young kids! There is a homemade ice cream shop on the main road just a few minutes away and a seafood market 1/2 mile away that is delicious and very reasonably priced. The grocery store is just 1 mile away or so. Very quiet and safe feeling neighborhood. Very convenient location with all of the amenities for a very comfortable beach vacation for families. Highly recommend for your stay!

I can't say enough about Sarah & her wonderful Old Orchard Beach home. This rental is everything you need & more. Beautiful property, inside and out. Sarah was quick to respond to any questions and gave wonderful suggestions throughout our stay. This is not your typical bare bones property, it's truly her home and she takes great pride in it. So many quaint details like the window bird feeders, endless flowers in bloom, and herbs to use at the doorstep put the property above the rest. The surrounding homes are very close, but we only saw the neighbors once & soon the privacy trees will grow in and you won't even realize you have neighbors. A 7 minute walk to the beach & all the gear is already there for you! If we ever plan to head to Old Orchard again, we know where we will be staying. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Sarah!

If you want to stay at a home and not just any place, this is it! Sarah personally greeted us and showed us around her beautiful home. She had fresh flowers and plants everywhere! The landscaping was done so well and had a great fenced in yard so my 1.5 year old twins were not escaping! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals at the house. We used the outdoor area a lot, equipped with the Weber grill, picnic table and patio set. Going to the beach? Sarah has you covered with beach chairs, towels, coolers, umbrella and a cart to haul it all. The outside shower came in handy after a trip to the beach too. Sarah's home has so many cute eclectic decorations, it's fun to find them all. We all had our own space to retreat to. Beds were very comfortable too! She even makes the best banana bread for a pizza place in Portland, a must have! We loved our trip to Old Orchard Beach! Thank you Sarah!
