Wanted to say that our family had a great time staying at this place. Linda was great in answering any questions we had. She was very responsive. She checked in several times to make sure everything was going smoothly. Thanks for a memorable vacation.

Good size apartment, wonderful location, but very dark. The pictures of the interior need to be updated on the VRBO site. All the walls are gray and the furniture is dark and there are very few lights, only floor lamps (some do not work) except in the kitchen and dining area where there is a ceiling lamp. The attached pictures are during the day with all lamps turned on. The kitchen and bathrooms are nice. It is on a low floor so the view is to the street and the park in front. There is a lot of closet space! Be aware that the balcony is undergoing maintenance so the windows are covered with blue plastic and you cannot open the doors to the balcony. Linda, the host, was very responsive and answered our requests very quickly.

Room met all our needs, but was generally no frills. Was spacious and clean and close to beach. We didnt have access to porch which was undergoing building renovation.

First and forth most Linda the host was amazing and gets back in minutes after texting. The check in was easy, walking distance to restaurants, beaches, grocery stores. Having the free parking was great otherwise I believe it’s 10$ a day. It was a little dark in the condo compare to what you see online but I believe that’s because they are working on the balcony and we had no access. Would definitely go back. Thank you Linda

The host was easily accessible by phone. It had a nice pool and was close to the beach. Nice weather!

Property was comfortable. Call was beautiful and our host was very helpful.

Rental was clean and as advertised. Owner was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with.

Linda is an amazing host and very responsive Which made up for all the imperfections (she immediately took care of the broken fridge situation and brought clean towels as promised) However, the building shower situation was a very big disappointment (The water pressure was very poor and it was impossible to shower) The front desk and security was not very helprful either
