Schöne Studio-Wohnung, die Teil eines großen Hauses ist, das auch zur Ferienvermietung genutzt wird. Das Haus wurde im Jahr 2016 erbaut und verfügt über moderne Annehmlichkeiten.
Die einzigen gemeinsamen Annehmlichkeiten sind der 30x15 Fuß große Pool und der Pavillon. Das Haus ist nur 5 Minuten vom Spotts Beach, Hurleys Supermarkt und den örtlichen Restaurants entfernt.
Perfekt für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub, eine Geschäftsreise oder einfach um die schönen Kaimaninseln zu sehen.
Mit Salzwasserpool, voll ausgestattetem Pavillon mit komplettem Bad und kompletter Küche mit Grill.

Grace was an outstanding host! Shout out to Simone for taking care of any issues that we had very promptly! They both went above and beyond our expectations. House and grounds were a welcomed relaxing getaway!

My husband and I just needed a nice safe spot with a bed for one night before we could check into our resort. This fit the bill! Easy check in. Easy for our cab driver to find. Great bed, nice small kitchen. If we need a layover day again in Grand Cayman, this will be our choice. We didn’t get to use the pool, but the area back there is really nice!

The unit was double booked and we had to scramble and find a different place to stay. Not sure if Expedia or Vrbo messed up but feel we are untitled to a REFUND!

House was lovely and the pool was an added pleasure. Grace was delightful and great to work with!!! She was able give us some great suggestions of things to do and places to go. She checked on us regularly and was very prompt with her responses. Would not hesitate to recommend this VRBO!!

We had a great evening at our VRBO. The property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The condo was perfect for our needs- somewhere to lay our head before returning home the following day. The proximity of the condo to the airport is an asset as well. And the chance to dip my toes in the salt water pool under the stars at night was the perfect end to a perfect vacation. I would definitely book this property again.

The property was exactly as advertised. We appreciated the convenience and the proximity to the airport, as this was a one night stay while we waited for another place for the week. Quiet neighborhood. Nice to have a washer and dryer available as well.

Wonderful property located in a quiet neighborhood. The location was convenient for checking out the entire island. Clean, comfortable with a wonderful pool that we enjoyed while we were at "home". I would recommend this property for anyone traveling to Grand Cayman!

Our visit to Grand Cayman was amazing. The accommodations are perfect, cozy and peaceful. We were greeted by Glaister upon our arrival which was a special touch and much appreciated. The communication between Glaister and Grace was excellent from the time we made the reservation through our departure from the island. They definitely made us feel like we were part of the island family versus being a visitor and having the hotel/tourist experience. Thank you so much for being a part of our cherished time on the island.

When we return to Grand Cayman, we will certainly be staying at Casa De Bells! The hosts were extremely helpful. Grace has the sweetest spirit. They are great at responding to all correspondence. We had a blessed time at church with Grace on Easter Sunday! Thank you for being so gracious!

Wonder experience & would highly recommend. The location is fabulous. Out of the hustle & bustle of 7 mile beach but close enough to enjoy both sides of the island!! The pool was a perfect setting for a full moon!

We rented this place to get to our vacation a day early. Because of our flight, we got in much later than expected. It was raining and very dark but once we found it it was perfect. The king size bed was very comfortable. The studio took care of all our needs for over night. We would stay there again.

Lovely, quiet neighbourhood. We felt very comfortable doing after dinner walks with the stars overhead and few cars. The apartment is as described, nicely appointed with all the necessities. The location was a perfect launch point each day, whether heading west towards Georgetown or Camana Bay or exploring the east end, North Shore and Rum Point. We had to unexpectedly extend our stay due to weather issues back home and our host was very helpful in accommodating the extension. Our only issue was the ability to hear guests in the adjacent unit when conversations got loud.
