Hit the spot perfectly for visiting family in Cardiff over Christmas. House was clean and comfortable. Sal was great host.

Good location, and permit parking, which was great. Exceptionally clean. Property has been recently renovated so is in very good condition. Sal, the host, was very friendly in person.

The heating was off when we arrived, and it took @2 hours for the house to warm up. The house is advertised for 4 people, with 2 good sized double bedrooms. But the rest of the house isn't kitted out for 4 people. There are only 2 chairs, so we couldn't all be seated to eat around the table. Only 4 plates/bowls/cutlery sets, so no chance of using the dishwasher, as we had to keep washing everything up. Only 2 wine glasses. The lighting was stark in the sitting room: side lamps would have helped. No key in the locked backdoor, which would have been an issue if there had been a fire. No guide on how everything works, what's nearby, check-out criteria etc. I didn't feel comfortable being asked for a £250 damage deposit by bank transfer (even though it was refunded in full very quickly after we had vacated the property). I think general wear and tear has to be accepted, and a smaller damage deposit would be more reasonable. Overall, a good-sized property in good condition and in a good location, but lacking lots of finishing touches to make the stay comfortable. Over-priced for what it is.

Extremely clean and tidy, the owner of the property was very helpful and polite. It is a home from home! lots of space and parking!

Great location; clean. tidy, modern interior & comfy beds. Good facilities - even down to the little things. Tea, coffee, milk, visitor parking permit, hairdryers, Wi-Fi. Everything you need for a visit to Cardiff. The host, Sal, is fantastic & quick to respond to any queries & very helpful. We shall be back! Thank you so much.

It was a brilliant clean house that had everything we needed & was so much more pleasant for a family than staying in a hotel. It was a home from home. Sal, the host, was very friendly & helpful

I can’t think of any faults, other than wishing we had more time to relax in the house but we hit a lot of traffic which meant we were later arriving than originally planned.

What a lovely spotlessly clean house. The beds was super comfy. What a lovely host Sal is , very friendly. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect

The property had been fully refurbished and was all modern. it was very clean and in a convenient location to go explore Cardiff. The host has thought of all small details too such as having hair dryers in 2 rooms.

Sal is a superb host. We had a last minute booking with Sal due to our previous booking with Mia Stay being unreachable leading to cancellation. Sal was very prompt in arranging everything on short notice. The house was immaculately clean, the kitchen was very well stocked to cater to our needs. The location was close to the city centre and just a walk away from Routh Park which is absolutely beautiful! Overall, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay, and I would highly recommend the place.

Such a good location for Cardiff City and other attractions, a very nice and modern house. Would come back at a heart beat. The owner was a lovely gentleman who made you feel very welcome from the moment we arrived!
