We love the fact that property had security.

The welcome binder needs updating but other than that this property was great.

The ambience and comfort of the room.

One of the showers was not working but after calling someone quickly came and fixed the problem.

We stayed in one of the villas which was one of the nicest ones there according to the host. It was beautifully furnished. It is in a quiet area so very peaceful.

The A/C in our room was insufficient and the bed was very uncomfortable.

The keys were easily accessed with the code provided via email. The villa was clean and spacious and provided additional small appliances that was not expected.

The only complaint will be is that I believe if you have a coffee maker then coffee, creamer and sugar should be provided. (I've gotten these in much smaller hotel rooms as complimentary) I like that there was a washer and dryer but there was no detergent to use. (I find it unnecessary to purchase these for a one night stay.)

We were in Villa 12 - very spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom with full kitchen. Great porch with views of the lagoon and great Crocodile watching in the evening! Check-in was easy with a lockbox for entry. Concierge(Ana) was super helpful in helping us to arrange a Golf cart rental and delivery to our villa, as well as transportation back to the airport, and the nurse to come to our villa for our COVID Tests to head back to the USA. The unit was a bit dated, but the size of the unit was great for our family of 6. Never saw the pool or any other amenities as we only stayed one evening - so I cannot comment on that.

location on the north side of the island - was great with golf cart. all amenities were provided.

The trash area needs more light. Because of raccoons if more light might deter them. its Mother Nature-
