there was not much to like about the condo we rented, front AC didn’t work, keyless entry was hard to get to work, wood trim around door facing was not attached, the couch was worn and very uncomfortable to sit on, the rocking chair legs kept falling off the chair when you moved it, the commode was outdated, (to low to the ground and h the the bowl water was so high that when you sat down to take a crap your private parts hung in the water) vert discussing. The elevator didn’t work when arrived had to use the stairs (5 flights) to get to our room with luggage. On Friday no water for multiple hours and when it was finally turned on there was not hot water to shower with until 9:00 PM that evening, which it made it hard to go out anywhere to eat after being on the beach all day and can’t shower.

Ease of access to property and beach

Hard to open door to actual condo to enter and exit to balcony and the condo front dooras well. The outdoor balcony furniture was in very bad disrepair (2 chairs were completely broken, had we not paid attention could've gotten hurt)and very uncomfortable.

a few of the appliances didn’t work, vacuum was super loud, blinds was broken, tv in bedroom didn’t work.

certain windows with views were only able to open halfway, but windows facing the parking lot were able to open shutters all the way open on those. no blow dryer
