"The Gathering Place" ist der perfekte Ort für Ihre Familie, um Ihren Soldaten oder besonderen Anlass zu feiern. Es liegt günstig in der Nähe der Interstate 185 und von North Columbus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Peach Tree Mall und Columbus Park Crossing) und Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe. Wir haben 3 Schlafzimmer, alle mit neuen Beautyrest Silver-Matratzen und ein separates Zimmer mit Futon und TV. Die Badezimmer sind modernisiert und verfügen über eine ebenerdige Dusche im Hauptbad und eine Whirlpool-Badewanne im Flur. Wohnzimmer hat 50-Zoll-Fernseher mit schnellem Internet und Kabel-TV. In der Küche können Sie sich eine besondere Mahlzeit zubereiten. Auf der überdachten Veranda befindet sich ein Holzkohlegrill. Eingezäunter Garten für Privatsphäre. Minuten nach St. Francis-Krankenhaus, Chick-Fil-A und Starbucks.

Belinda has a lovely home with all the amenities needed for our short stay for our son’s basic training graduation. The beds are comfortable, linens are nice. Easy drive to base, downtown Columbus. I would definitely stay again!

This home is CLEAN, quiet and as described. I rent homes regularly on VRBO and this is by far the cleanest and most comfortable home I have stayed in. I love the military appreciation decor.

We stayed here for our son's turning blue ceremony & graduation. This was a great place to stay!! Located in a safe quiet neighborhood that was a short drive to the base. House was exactly as listed. Belinda was very courteous & helpful. Would highly recommend & will try to stay here again for our son's Airborne graduation.

This was the perfect spot for our family to relax while attending our son’s Ranger School graduation! The house was comfortable and clean with space for everyone (even a kids’ area with games and puzzles). The host was very responsive and worked with us as we had to change dates 3 times (Recycles…if you know, you know😁)! We will definitely rebook as needed!

Like most families we were there for our grandsons turning green ceremony celebration. Also it was Thanksgiving week. We were able to have and enjoy our families Thanksgiving dinner with some relatives that were staying in a hotel. It is truly a great “GATHERING PLACE”. Cooked and grilled as if we were at home. Sitting in the backyard and under the covered patio, laughing, taking pictures and enjoying the time with our SOLIDER. Our family liked it so well that before we left we have already booked it for our grandson’s turning blue ceremony and graduation in March 2024. Belinda was the perfect host, so informative and helpful on everything. Family from Shreveport, Louisiana.

This property was in a quiet neighborhood as advertised. Nice decor. Plenty of space. Convenient location and reasonable distance to everything we needed access to. Great place to stay if you’re celebrating with your soldier!! Thanks so much for having us!

My husband, daughter and mother stayed at The Gathering Place this past week in order to be able to attend my son’s Turning Green and Graduation ceremonies from his Basic Training at Fort Benning. The location was perfect. It was only about a 15 minute drive to the base. There are numerous restaurants in the area. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The house was perfect for our stay. We all slept great in our own rooms. The house is exactly as described. Everything was neat and clean and the Wi-Fi supported all our needs. This place made our experience even better, when all we wanted to do was see our new Soldier. 10/10 rating and would definitely stay here again if I was ever in the area. Thank you, Belinda, for allowing us to be your guests!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The host was wonderful. She gave great instructions and was responsive to all communications.
The beds were really comfortable and the house was spotless clean. Nice neighborhood. We felt at home while we were there to attend my son’s graduation at Ft Moore. The location was perfect, real close to the Army Base and to downtown Columbus.
I appreciated the restaurant recommendations. Great trip and would definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed with another couple for a weekend. Property was clean with plenty of towels and just the right kitchen essentials along with some extras - we were grateful for the bottled water, butter, pancake mix, syrup, coffee, etc that got us through the first couple of days. Great location and comfy living quarters. We enjoyed our stay!

We flew in from Germany with our relatively large family to attend our daughter's turning blue and graduation ceremonies at Fort Benning and this house was perfect, and certainly much more comfortable and affordable than having three or four rooms at a hotel. I don't foresee returning to the Columbus, GA vicinity in the future, but if we were I'd not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Craig and Belinda!

We came for our son’s army graduation and enjoyed our stay here. We loved the patriotic decor and loved the feeling of comfort and felt right at home. The neighborhood is very nice and Belinda was the sweetest and kindest host. Thank you, Belinda!

Amazing stay!
We came for our son’s Army graduation and had such a perfect time at this location! Wonderful place to stay, close to the base so we could relax at the house with family! Great communication from the owner! We DEFINITELY would recommend staying here!

Just Right
The home is a good size, well stocked and very clean. The beds are very soft and the couch comfortable. We spent most of our time at the kitchen table playing games and enjoying each other's company. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Belinda texted the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a very nice trip.

Basic Training Graduation
This home is perfect. Excellent location. Minutes from fast food restaurants and couple more minutes to some nice sit down restaurants. Also 10-15 minute drive to Ft.Benning. This house is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need.
