Our expectations were exceeded. The apartment was bright, well laid out, and private, with nice landscaping. There is a private backyard, fully fenced. Kathryn had coffee pods (delicious coffee), lots of creamers, tea, and even hot chocolate, along with several spices including sugar, salt, and pepper. She is indeed a premiere host as details in decor and anything you could expect like tissue, soap, shampoo; and those you would not expect like games, cold filtered water, and individually controlled heating for every room. The TV operated so simply w/lots of Smart options, including local channels and keeping up with CNN without cable with Samsung offering. Kathryn kindly accommodated us to come early in the day as our home was undergoing reno. So happy to have found this mid-century modern gem. Park your car in the garage! Stayed in Eugene, but was in a great location to see many sites in and around Oregon.

We had a fantastic stay. Our arrival was smooth and efficient and the property manager was very responsive and graciously accommodated our check in / check out schedule. The home was spotless and well prepared when we arrived. We were visiting our daughter at UO for family weekend and this turned out to be a great spot to stay with plenty of room. We were 3 adults. But there is plenty of room for 4. Much better than cramming into a hotel room. It is a quick and easy 10 min drive to campus. We also had no problem getting a Lyft / Uber from this location as well. The kitchen is well equipped. There are plenty of towels, washcloths, hangers etc. There is also a garage and cute little backyard. Nothing was lacking and the property is exactly as described in a nice quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Eugene.

Our stay was great! We flew over to the West coast for the weekend to catch the annular eclipse in Eugene. This vrbo was perfect for our family of four. The place was very clean and fully stocked with everything you might need in a home away from home. The front room was large enough to accommodate a pack n play for our one year old to sleep in without having to take it down during the day (and still out of the way). Our little boys loved running around in the backyard. The fireplace was so nice on the cooler evenings we were in town. Plus, it’s right next to everything! It looks just like the pictures but if anything, even better. For the price point- especially if you have younger children, this is a great little rental! Thank you so much!

This house was perfect for our volleyball tournament weekend. My daughter and I were happy to have 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, a kitchen and washer/dryer. A nice and quiet retreat, way better than a stuffy hotel room.

We stayed here during UofO’s family weekend, and it was comfort and very quiet! We had wonderful nights’ sleeps and delicious Keurig coffee in the mornings!

Very tidy, cute as heck and all the rooms have separate heaters... so my mom, who is always cold, could turn up the little heater in her room, and I, who am always hot, could crack a window. The house is pristine and though vintage, everything worked great! It was also a nice quiet place to land after a busy day visiting family. Will definitely stay here again.

Truly excellent and effortless. The house was clean and the mid-century design touches were well done throughout. Loved the fireplace and the Duralogs provided. Internet was fast. Everything worked. There were directions for appliances, yes, but not, thankfully, the wall to wall signage of do's and don'ts being shouted at you all over the house the way some property hosts will do. Overall, a superb stay and a responsive, responsible host.
