The air conditon is not so cool and the bed sheets are not so clean.

Location is good.

Avida Tower 2 unit 1521. The bed is very bad. The mattress is not good for my back. The sofa is low.. Better to sit on pillow. The check out time is 10 am... Too early. Usaly the normal time is 12 pm or the earliest 11 am. They don't really need 4 hours to clean the room for the next guest. If you want to extend you pay 100 p per hour. BTW the check in is at 2 pm exactly. Not even 1 minute earlier. The faucet in the kitchen need tightening. At first they asked for 1000 p deposit.. But after I mentioned that I might be checking out early and who will be here to give me back the money... They gave me back the deposit.

The location was good .

On arrival there was only one out of the 3 lifts working, so there were subsequently long queues , I approached the front desk about the lifts on more than one occasion, but the personnel on the reception wasn't helpful. The bed I can only describe as awful as the mattress was only 4 inches deep . On the second night of our stay, we woke up in the morning to find a cockroach in the bed and then found that my partner had been bitten repeatedly on his legs which I hasten to add for over a week was very painful . On the third night again, another cockroach was found in the bed . We then realised there was a cockroach infestation in our condo and found not but one bait box, but 3 . Whilst looking for the bait boxes found that the condo was in fact quite dirty, probably why there was an infestation of roaches currently. The television was disappointing because all the premium channels weren't available, so if you weren't Filipino spoken , completely useless . Finally the condo had multiple evidences of earthquake damage with plaster dust built up on most of the floor edges, which was still there after the condo was periodically cleaned . In general the Alvida Towers is showing signs of age and neglect especially with weeds growing outside of my most of the individual condo air-conditioning units .

Thé restrictions of having guest, as im girl traveling to see my family in Davao and you not allowed to have even mother and baby in , towels are not clean and too old ,owner need to be more aware that visitors are allowed to have guest especially for those coming from long distances and wanted to see family and friends, ị stayed in 5 hotels around the world never experienced anything like this, i had a security stopping my cousin and her 6years old daughter by the gate not even allowing them tó reception, im very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there.
