Swimming pool, some staff

Some staff, finish was poor quality, rooms had potential to be amazing but were far from amazing. Such a shame. No pool bar or pool restaurant as advertised, pool toilets were absolutely vile. Never towels at the pool, had to waste time walking back to reception to get.

Très beau lieu, plage

Manque de personnel, très peu attentif à la clientèle. Arriver dans une salle de bain salle , 1jours pour venir la nettoyer après les avoir relancé. Une seul table de chevet dans un lit double , demander mais jamais apporter.

Breakfast buffet was good, bed and pillow were super comfortable, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the resort overall was in a good location and easily accessible to the beach which was great. Rom was very cool and comfortable and the private pool was fantastic. Late check out is great.

The shower did not drain properly and we could hear water dripping for an hour and a half. Construction happening right next door was very loud (we understand that it out of the resort’s control). We requested pick up from the airport but the driver was not there and we ended up having to take a grab (drive to the airport after checkout was arranged so that’s ok)

Hotel is in good overall condition and breakfast is good

They advertise a pool with a bar, which is part of why we booked the hotel but the bar is closed down. It's frustrating as the hotel advertises this in their pictures. If you at any of the pools you cannot order any drinks or food. If you do want something you have to walk into the main hotel and go to the restaurant, this is uncomfortable as you are swimming by the pool and keep having to dry off and go inside. It's not practical. Ontop of that we always waited around 45min for 2 cocktails everytime we ordered. Once again not comfortable and practical. You can't have pools and the beach so far from the main hotel without any way to service your guests. Beach area is terrible. Cleaning service the staff are very friendly but our room was never cleaned properly and some days not cleaned at all with no fresh towels. Lack of English from the staff also a major problem. Location is not good, hotel isnt to far away from city centre but it's isolated where their is nothing around it. Room service food was inconsistent, burnt my pizza to a point where it was impossible to eat. The gym is absolutely shocking, equipment is terrible. 2 treadmills and they both old and broken. They should not be advertising that they have gym facilities. The spa is a bit over priced but we wanted to enjoy it but both my wife and I had terrible massages. We asked if we could get a later checkout as our flight was at 6, we were charged 50% of the room rate. In the end the hotel stay does not align with what the hotel advertise it offers. It's not practical and enjoyable for the guests.

Die gebuchte Villa war sehr großzügig geschnitten und mehr als außreichend für 4 Erwachsene und drei Kinder (2, 4 und 16 Jahre). Zudem war sie sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Im Erdgeschoss der Villa war die Klimaanlage sehr verschmutzt und erzeugte einen unangenehmen Geruch, dies wurde aber nach Anmerken sofort in Ordnung gebracht. Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen vom Zentrum. Generell ist diese Gegend von viel Leerstand geprägt. Wäre ich nicht mit der Familie meiner Frau gereist, die Vietnamesisch sprechen, wäre die Kommunikation mit den Hotelangestellten wohl sehr schwierig geworden, da nur wenige Mitarbeiter Englisch sprechen. Das Hotel selbst bietet für Familien wenig. Es gibt wenige Liegen am Pool und Strand, viele sind beschädigt. Auch die Bars am Pool sind verweist und es ist schwierig wenn die Kinder auf einmal hungrig oder durstig sind. Wir mussten in diesem Fall bei benachbarten Hotels versorgen oder nutzen die App Grab.

Serviço de limpeza horrível . Organização péssima. Não existiu serviço de bar ou restaurante fora de horário de refeição. Pedi uma água por volta das 15:00 e mandaram-me comprar ao supermercado na rua. Praia do hotel sem condições e suja.sem serviço de bar na praia ou piscinas.

El personal es muy atento y está pendiente de tí en todo momento: te ayudan con las maletas, te avisan para desayunar, se encargan de gestionar el transporte al aeropuerto, alquiler de motos... Las instalaciones son muy buenas, con piscina, sala de masaje, muy cerquita de la playa, las habitaciones limpias y amplias. El desayuno bastante bueno y con gran variedad de platos.

La playa privada cercana estaba algo sucia. El resort está ubicado lejos de todo y no hay tiendas ni bares cerca, tienes que acercarte en moto o coche a Cua Lap.
