Wonderful home as pictured. Easy access to the beach and walking to town via trails. We stayed spur of the moment to get away from the heat with our dog and couldn't have been happier. The owners/managers were excellent too.

We stayed for the thanksgiving holiday and enjoyed everything about this house. It was very clean, conveniently located, comfortably furnished and well-equipped for all our needs. Everything worked great and the host was super responsive to one question that came up. Would definitely return to this house for another stay!

What a special beach house! Great location- safe in a gated community and a short walk to the beach. The home is very nice, with an elegant beach house vibe. Immaculate inside. Lots of special touches! We didn't plan to cook during a quick 3-day weekend visit but ended up making dinner the last night, and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook. Communication with the host was great. Will definitely book there again.

We loved our stay at this property in Pacific City. The hosts went out of their way to help us whatever questions we had responding within minutes of our minor inquiries. The kitchen is well stocked and everyone felt they had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the property. It is very close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking around the area and enjoying the dunes and the ocean! We would love to return on our next trip to the Coast.

Me and my husband would highly recommend this beautiful home. The accommodations were excellent, the house was spotless. When we ran into car trouble Clare responded so quickly and was so helpful which took the stress away. We will return to this lovely home down the road 100%!

Walk to the Beach
This was a nice to place to stay. There was plenty of room for four adults. There was a bedroom we didn't even use. The kitchen had all the small appliances we needed. Once we arrived we parked and walked everywhere. The home is a close walk to the beach, five minutes or less. It was comfortable for our weekend getaway.

Better Than Pictures!
Super comfortable, clean and well stocked. Ideal for small group or families. Very short walk to beach and easy walk (1/2 mile) to town. Was so cozy you may not want to leave! Clare was very responsive and gave us lots of helpful information for our trip. Already looking to see when we can book again!

Nice location! Easy to access the best part of the OR Coast
This is a wonderful property to stay at! It was scorching in Portland we came out to Pacific Beach for a trip of a lifetime! Great communication and response from the host at this one.. I would recommend to anyone looking for a post covid guilt trip experience with their missed love ones!

Beautiful home
I would definitely stay here again. Clare was wonderful in communicating in a timely manner. The home was comfortable, clean and a beautiful private backyard with tall grasses. The walk to the beach was only a few minutes which was great!

Pacific City Nirvana
A beautiful home in the gated community of Kiwanda Shores in Pacific City. 5-stars all the way! It was just the right size for our family of four and well-stocked for our needs – the amenities and furnishings were just like new. Easy and informative exchange with the owners before check-in. Perfect location with several walking paths nearby with easy access to the beach and local eateries. A beautiful home! We’re looking forward to our next stay.

Great spot for a long weekend at the beach!
We were very pleased with this rental house - great location (walking distance to the beach), very clean and uncluttered, perfect size for our family of 4. We will be back!

Perfect coast trip!
The house was perfect for my family! Very clean, spacious, well stocked and great location. The beach is a quick walk to the not so busy part of Pacific City. We wanted to stay away from the crowds especially during this Covid time and it was not crowded at all. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great trip!

Great House at Kiwanda Shores
This is our second time staying at Kiwanda shores. We love the area. Last year though the house we stayed at left something to be desired. This year, this house did not disappoint. It was super clean, smelled great, had nice, new appliances. The kids had fun playing ping pong, eating on the back patio, and of course playing at the beach. We boggie boarded, checked at the tide pools on the north side of the dune, went down to Depoe Bay to see whales and up to Oceanside to collect agates. There was plenty of space in the house, the bathrooms were great and the beds were comfy. We had the best time!

Everything was excellent except the constant 25mph wind blowing out of the north, but the property owners couldn't do much about that ;) Super clean place, highly recommend.

Really nice home
The place was really clean . It was amazing how nice the house was . It was in a perfect location also really close to the beach and walking distance to the brewpub in pacific city where things are happening . Really nice trails to walk in the morning and safe . We will be back .

Awesome Beach Cutie
Very clean, well designed house. Everything is new and decorated really nice. The location is great, just a short 5-10 stroll to the beach. The gated Kiwanda Shores is the best place to be in Pacific City. The beach is full of fluffy sand and the waves are amazing for body boarding and surfing. We also enjoyed the private back patio when we BBQ’d on the Weber grill. Highly recommend this place. We hope to come back later this year.
