Easy to access and return the keys at the end of rental
Confusion at beginning as we were told someone would meet us at the property then once we got there were talked through the lock box sequence

Great location, about 10 mins walk to Sain'sbury and 15 mins walk to city centre shopping mall.
Spacious flat with enough cooking utensils for 3-4 people.
The bed was comfortable and huge in size.
We especially like the inclusion of a washing machine, really made our stay more convenient.
Bimal was very nice and helpful.
Overall, we think it is great value and would stay here again if we are visiting Coventry next time.
We can smell the trash bin at door step, luckily we don't smell that indoor.
Sometimes there is weird humming/vibration noise at night, it could be from a washing machine on other floors of the building.
We can hear footsteps from people on other floors but it is not very loud.

The property is spacious and clean and in a perfect location. It is a 8 minute walk to the city centre. It is fully equipped and all the facilities work great. The host (Bimal) was always available and ready to assist with any queries. The photos are exactly how the property looks like!

I stay a month in this apartment. It has a very big and comfortable bed and a spacious living area. The house is kept very clean. You can just bring your luggage and move in. Everything well equipped.

The location is just next to the city centre and only several minutes walk to Sainsbury, the city centre shopping area and a shopping street nearby. So life here is convenient. It also has easy access to the transport network, five min to bus stops, the Coventry University and the coach station.
The room is comfortable with appliances and equipment in good condition. Although the apartment is at the road side, the bedroom lying at the rear of the apartment is quiet and cozy, which promises a good sleep.
University students are a bit noisy but the bedroom is quiet.
