Lovely little apartment with everything you need. The complex has a private beach and two swimming pools for us. You do have to pay a cash deposit but we had no issues getting it back at the end of our stay.

Katastrophaler Vermieter, der nach einem Brandschaden einer Gardine 1000$ haben wollte,mich vor meinen kleinen Kindern angeschrien und bedroht hat, um uns zuletzt eine Stunde in der Wohnung einzusperren,bis die Polizei die Wohnung wieder geöffnet hat! Die Polizei bestätigte keine weiteren Schäden und er bekam 100€ für eine dünne Übergardine- auch total überzogen! Empathie Null! Respekt Frauen gegenüber Null! Urlaubsstart ruiniert, verstörte kleine Kinder! Wohnung schick,aber schmutzig. Wer in dieser netten Anlage Urlaub machen möchte, findet auch andere nette Gastgeber mit tollen Wohnungen! Wer Lust auf ein Abenteuer hat, ist hier gut aufgehoben!

this accommodation is it very nice and clean inside. and the beach is it ok

in the advertisement they ask for 16 US Dollars but in the end they charge me 53.40 dollars. in the accommodation they told me that this issue should be solve with booking.com but after call the booking.com they told me that the accommodation charged extra fee for tax, service and cleaning. do not make any sense, I left the flat clean as I found it I do not used any kind of services and in the advertisement said that tax was already included, so I do not understand why they charged me 3 times the value of the advertisement. this is it a very frustrating situation, the administration of the resort cheating on us charging and hiding services form the advertisement that I do not used.

My second stay at Turtles but a different apartment and I can confirm that once again my stay was pure perfection. They have high standards when it comes to the appliances in all the apartments they manage. Hygiene is also a high priority here and for that reason I will return again.

What a wonderful weekend. A big thank you goes to the apartment manager Engy who is a star! An absolute pleasure to meet and deal with from the very first meeting at check-in. She is a true professional and was also very helpful throughout my stay over the Christmas break which was greatly appreciated. The apartment itself was very comfortable and it has all of the essential appliances required even for a long-term stay which is truly a rare find in Egypt especially Hurghada. The apartment decor was both tasteful and modern. The entire apartment was impeccably clean and not a horror show like some other places I been to here in Hurghada :-)) Truly impressive and I can confirm the high rating here is very much well deserved! I too have no hesitation in giving this place a full 10.
