Have to call 5 times and took 4 hours to make the day bed. The kettle was faulty-didn't work, nor was replaced. Heating didn't work, temperature stayed at 19.5' whole time. Called to assist with tv remote- no one turned up - so we couldn't use the tv at all.

Uncomfortable. No ventilation in the room. Very small room. I checked out before time because i was unable to breathe

Courtesy, proactive staff, good food. Got a market right next to the exit, peaceful view from the room, and silence! The staff from the restaurant to the front desk are very courteous.

The heat function doesn't work on the thermostat. Not everyone can handle the cold. Keeping the thermostat shut also shuts down the ventilation in the room, which makes things a little uncomfortable.

Room size very very small. No almirah provided. Hotel staff is unresponsive and took whole day to change my room.

Hotel is in middle of nowhere, didn't have any king size bed even though booking was done for that, was informed also late too, couldn't change booking last moment, cancelled half my booking, room and bathroom were small had less space movement too. Bathroom made me claustrophobic..

Stained couches and carpets. Algae on bathroom mats. Stains on pillows

The location is very nice with good marketing places around and very easily approachable by car. The breakfast had large number of dishes to choose from and both the quality and quantity of the dishes were very good.

Room size very small. In fact this is the smallest room I have ever stayed in, with bathroom being created inside the bedroom.

Nothing as such I didn't like

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war hervorragend. Der Frühstücksbereich/Restaurant war im obersten Stockwerk mit phänomenalem Weitblick.

Das Frühstück, besonders das Continental Breakfast, ist noch verbesserungsbedürftig. Die angebotenen Brötchen und Croissants waren sehr trocken und nicht frisch.

Staff is very good location is bit far from gurgaon so easy stay variety of food and taste was good . Rooms and facilities were great

Pricing confusion

The food, the chefs , the service team did a fantastic job they were all superb and tried to make our stay a memorable one especially dheeraj our server.

The rooms were not cleaned the ac was not working the carpets were dirty the floor was dirty . Housekeeping was not upto the mark they don't care about the guest. Front office people are very rude especially a lady is there she don't know how to talk. If u call the maintenance department they come after 2-3 hours . We had a horrible experience in terms of room and check inn.

Everything was good. No spa though. There is a mall under the hotel called sapphire 90. It's an average mall. No big brands. There is PVR Inox so you can watch movies if feeling bored. The restaurant is great. Staff is good.

The location is too far from the main Gurgaon city. But if you have work on that side then it's perfect.

La ducha estaba súper embozada, hasta tal punto que se salió el agua para la habitación. La cortina era tan mala que pasaba toda la luz al interior de la habitación. Este hotel es para alojarse de pasada, si es para estar en delhi, ni pensarlo

Pillow to be changed, it is to big in size and to handle it is difficult.

Ambience of the property is good but the staff is not all good and don’t know how to talk to customers. They are just sitting over there for money.

Check In was bit delayed, the location is far off with roads under construction. The washroom shower handle is loose and needs repairs. Otherwise a comfortable stay!

i asked for a double bed while booking and they gave me twin bed , and after request they didnt change the room. not worth staying in such hotels
