A perfect base for myself and three colleagues, working at the Grand Opera House in February 2024. Very well equipped, and loads of space — and with large windows and a balcony on the riverside, this was a cool spot to relax in the evening after our shows had finished. Staff were really helpful when we reported a couple of minor issues on the first day, and stayed in touch to make sure we were all happy with our stay. Top marks and thanks for everything!

Oven did not work, Ice maker not working, pillows too small, needed more towels. dust under beds, plumbing makes noise

Flat was spacious and spotless, with plenty of kitchen gadgets, utensils, super fridge and freezer etc. Mattresses were on the soft side but comfortable and nobody reported any difficulty sleeping at night. We all felt safe and at home, location was really good, just a short walk across the bridge to the town centre.
An extra main door key would have been helpful as there were 7 of us and only 1 key, and trying to co ordinate everyone's plans was difficult at times. Also outdoor bin area was overflowing attracting lots of wasps

We felt the space upstairs could be put to better use. Another bathroom would have been great as we were a party of 6. However it certainly didn’t spoil our stay.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and very comfortable.
Close to the city center.

View and the size of the property was great, a real social area in the kitchen, dining and lounge area
Main road was very noisy and the mattress in the far end of the property was extremely soft and uncomfortable on one side of the bed

location was excellent to explore the city. Security was also excellent, and any issues were quickly resolved by the lovely Courtney. View from the apartment was fantastic.
The download speed was poor considering the apartment holds up to 10 people. You would not be able to stream, and we struggled to have basic internet.

excellent flat , plenty room for the size of our group. Really good location for access to town and walking to the Titanic museum. lovely view from apartment. Very quiet location. Plenty of seating in both lounges . All though the furniture may be a bit dated this didn’t cause any issue. Great cooking facilities and large fridge freezer… and wine fridge .
Only issue was the lock on the balcony door was broken. The owners aware of this and waiting to be repaired. would have been lovely to have this open especially since we had such lovely weather .

The location was excellent
Very convenient and really really beautiful
The kitchen utensils also suited our needs and helped us to cook and prepare meals .
The number of cups and plates was also exactly as needed. The heating was good and the apartment was kept in quite a good condition.
The sofa and the bed could be more comfortable

The views, the off street parking and the location. Also the office and maintenance staff were extremely responsive and helpful. We had a few issues with the property which were listened to, and an attempt was made quickly to try to resolve them.
Property felt tired and unloved and in need of some attention to put things right.

The property was located near the city centre which was perfect for our visit. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped and the owners were at hand with any questions we had.

it was a decent location and the view was breathtaking. very convenient because they also have free parking
the toilet doors was so hard to close. the doors in some of the rooms were broken. some of the lights in the hall way was also not working.

the apartment was in an excellent location few mins from lanyon station and 10 mins to city center with fab river views -
the apartment needs another guest toilet - for 5 bedrooms there is only one en-suite - rest of bedrooms just have to use the main bathroom - if more than one family staying it’s not enough - I suggest turning the closet upstairs in to a guest w/c

The Apartment was booked for 8 people. There wasn't 8 of anything.
Apartment had sticky floors, sticky worktops, ( that we cleaned when we got there) dirty bathroom cabinets, dirty chairs( I have photographs) dirty washing left in washing machine. Dirty greasy grill..
Doorbell dirty work,
No mirrors in top floor bedroom(can only sleep one)
Some furniture had handles/ feet missing.
Definitely NOT a luxury apartment 😒

Beautiful accommodation...sadly a little worn and in need of an update ..door hanles fell off plug in bathroom sink not working ...tv in bedroom no remote so not able to use...Dirty cutlery drawer (l cleaned it) just small things but was disappointing..noisy road

Bright clean and spacious apartment. Lots of room to spread out and mezzanine level allowed our teenager to have his own space. Apartment was well equipped and had fantastic view over River Lagan. Also loved hotel quality white bedding and towels.
